   Great ambience, beautiful decor, and amazing food. Everything was well seasoned and served at the perfect temperature. Service was a bit slow unfortunately, and all of the food order needed to be placed at once which we found a bit limiting as first time patrons. We ended up needing to ask for the menus back to order more drinks. Not sure why service is handled that way, but something to know before going. The music in the lounge left much to be desired. Maybe we visited on an off night. Overall good experience. Would try again!

   The food and ambiance were great. We ordered the crab cake and it was okay. The size was small, needed a bit more flavor, but I wouldn’t say don’t try it. The wagyu meatball is huge and likely 2-4 people could share it if you’re going for a lighter dinner. It’s well worth it! We had the steak frites and snapper. Both were amazing! We also ordered the 50/50 mashed potatoes and broccolini. Both were excellent sides to our main dishes. The broccolini could’ve used another minute of steaming but still a healthy side dish to add on.

   Nisos was amazing in every way. The service from Thainese to LaRon was impeccable. The food was fresh and delicious and hot. And the drinks were devilishly good. The decor was very attractive and I can’t wait to go back when their patio opens next week. 5 stars highly recommend for anyone living in or visiting Chicago

   Super chic decor & amazing vibe. Service was outstanding. It's a bit pricey, but definitely a good spot for a special occasion or a date you want to impress.

   This restaurant was pretty and the food was decent, however the host staff is some of the worst I’ve ever experienced. I had a 6:45 reservation (party of 2), I arrive at 6:50, and once checked in the host informs me that if my other guest does not arrive by 7pm, then my table would no longer be guaranteed and given away. I let her know my friends ETA was 7:05 and she very rudely told me that did not matter. I’ve worked in restaurants and I understand certain policies, but the tone was so incredibly rude and condescending. I asked if I could wait at the table and order a drink, I was told no. I said it would be okay if I still had to be up by a certain time (for the next reservation) and she still told me I would be unable to be sat because the experience would not fit in the time frame left. My friends arrived past the 15 minute mark (as I told her that she would) and our table was in fact given away. We ended up sitting at the bar and the bartender was very nice. The food was decent as well, but the rudeness of the host staff was too much and I will not be back. My guest got stuck in traffic and there was no sympathy and no help to try to find a solution or another table. Horrible hospitality

   The attention to detail is immaculate. Our biggest appreciation was how well timed the courses came out. Allowed us plenty of time to enjoy the ambiance (music was great) and our date (anniversary). Bartenders made killer cocktails as well. Can't say enough about this place.

   Restaurant was very nice and had multiple areas to dine & enjoy drinks. I ordered the filet & crab leg. The steak was good but cold. By the time they brought out the butter for the tiny crableg I was already finished with dinner. Our waiter was all over the place.. not sure if he was tipsy or what. All in all I was hoping for a better first time experience.

    This restaurant is amazing. The service is top notch, the food is always amazing, and the ambiance is perfect. I can't say enough wonderful things about Nisos Prime. This has been my 'go-to' spot for steak night or to try one of their many curated dishes that you can't find anywhere else. Highly recommended.
