   Good restaurant somewhat overpriced. Couldn’t modify dishes to accommodate allergies because many dishes are prepared in advanced.

   El lugar muy bonito, la decoración linda, elegante, la comida muy rica, depende que platillo pidas. Se llegó a esperar alguna cortesía por la espera, y algún otro detalle por la fecha especial. Samano se acercó varias veces y logró que esta experiencia en Nicoletta fuese aún mejor.

   We dined here for Christmas Eve dinner. Seemed to be rushed. Our appetizers and most entrees came out room temperature/cold. Fritto Misto and Cavatelli Pesto was cold. Ordered three steak/prime rib entrees and none were cooked as requested. Had really high hopes based on reviews I read before booking and was completely disappointed. Wanted to enjoy a nice meal outside of our all inclusive resort and it was a total let down, especially for the cost.

   We’ve been to Cancun numerous times over the years and this was by far the best restaurant experience we’ve had. Food is great but the things that makes the experience so great is the service. So good in fact that we are here twice in the past three days! Happy Holidays and thank you for the wonderful service.

   As an American visiting Cancun, food is mediocre at best. The vibe is great (like other Grupo Anderson restaurants), nice music and decor. We visit Cancun every year. Wouldn’t come back on future visit to Cancun nor would I recommend.

   Absolutely gorgeous upon entering!!! The service was outstanding. The lobster was prepared perfectly and in my top 3 of all time. Two of us had the lasagna and it too was over the top!!! Lovely experience!!

   We have been coming to this restaurant for almost four years, celebrating birthdays every year. Unfortunately, the menu has changed—and not for the better. We ordered the ARANCINI WITH SAFFRON with sauce, but they lacked flavor. The PARMESAN MELANZANE dish was overly heavy on sauce and cheese, and the eggplant itself tasted bitter. The FRITTO MISTO was mixed with fish (of questionable type) and had more pieces of fried zucchini than seafood than again no taste at all The Alfredo, which used to be a signature dish, was overly creamy and completely lacked flavor. I ordered the lasagna, but the tomato sauce tasted far from authentic Italian ,and the cheese was of poor quality. This restaurant used to be my family’s favorite in Cancun, but sadly, it’s now an ex-favorite. I’m deeply
