    This was my second time visiting and my husbands first. The ambiance and service was amazing. For a Valentine’s Day night the staff was friendly and efficient. The drinks and our meals were incredibly delicious. We have officially found our new favorite restaurant.

    Service was excellent. Both my husband and I had the delicious bistro express with a petite fillet salad and a cup of soup. It was an excellent deal for $27. The fillet is served on a garlic toast with homegrown tomatoes. It was absolutely fabulous. We wanted to eat small so we could save room for dessert. We loved the ice cream bonbons. Overall, it was an excellent meal and the service was great.

    Nick’s was a wonderful experience. From the welcoming to our leaving every aspect of our meal was what one would expect from a top notch restaurant. Thank you to all the staff for your hospitality and great food and service.

    Nick’s was great! Comfort food and delicious. Celebrated our anniversary and many who served or helped wished us congrats which usually doesn’t happen. Will be back!

    This was my first time at Nick’s, and I was so glad that I decided on this spot. I was meeting a colleague to discuss business and catch up. The noise level was good enough for us to talk comfortably; the service was speedy and efficient, but lacked personality—this might be a personal thing, but I like when my server(s) connect. I know that’s an art, and the place was busy, so I didn’t ding them for this. The food was awesome. Steak was cooked perfectly and flavorful, salad was tasty and textural, and their soup was SO good as well. The only negative I would give would be the appetizer that was recommended was a bit lacking in flavor and it was quite dry. Perhaps a sauce could have solved this. We ordered the shrimp taquitos-we wouldn’t order this again. Overall, we really enjoyed Nick’s and I’ll be sure to head back soon.

    First time at this Nick’s. Same quality as Laguna Beach, San Clemente and SD. We sat by the kitchen which gave us a different perspective. This was a very efficient kitchen. The expediter was in control and checked every dish. A very good job! We had the ribs and SF fish chowder and the spinach artichoke appetizer. We live in OC but the next time we’re in this area we now know another great Nicks
