   My husband and I were at Nice Matin for their special St. Valentine's Day dinner. The food was great, everyone in the place was happy; we got parting gifts of chocolate truffles and roses.

   We had an overall great experience. The food and service was great. I found the server to be extremely attentive. 100% will be back.

   Came for restaurant week. The food was fabulous, and the cocktail menu and wine list were also great. I had a great experience and would go back.

   Shrimp beignets were good, beans on octopus starter were undercooked. Lamb dish was truly one of the worst things I’ve ever ordered anywhere in the world. Chewy lamb, strange tasteless sauce, mushy flavorless I’m not sure what - lentils maybe? Disappointing food all around. Service was attentive, friendly and excellent.

   Restaurant was very crowded and noisy. I am allergic to nuts. Sticky Toffee Pudding (on R week special) is not usually made withnuts but had walnuts. My friend called ahead to say she was allergic to garlic and was told there'd be no problem. However, heer tuna nicosie salad arrived with canned tuna--not accceptable. Surely you could have grilled a quick piece of plain tuna. I asked for a roll and was till waiting after 20 minutes. The waitress was kind enough not to charge us for coffee or tea but it was a distressing experience.

   Always a good choice for lunch or dinner. My favorite dish is their salade niçoise. Just had the toffee pudding for dessert for the first time. Pure ambrosia !

   The food was good and the proportion size was huge! Service was excellent. The noise level however, was very bad. I really detracted from the experience.

    Great plaxe with great food. Very delicious southern French food，but the service is definitely not southern French at all. LOVE the PLACE！
