Nicco’s Prime Cuts & Fish is Durango Casino & Resort’s modern American steakhouse featuring prime meats, market-fresh seafood and a chic dining scene. Curated by innovative Executive Chef Michael Tomorsky and property executive chef Daniel Ye, Nicco’s menu is all about sourcing – from the finest meat purveyors, dry-aged fish markets and straight-from-the-farm produce – all executed with a true culinarian’s precision.

Nicco’s offers a dinner menu that brings to life the best of both land and sea including a premium steak menu featuring USDA Prime, Dry Aged (exclusively for Nicco’s) and Wagyu cuts hand-selected from the world’s finest ranchers and purveyors alongside traditional American steakhouse dishes and signature entrees. Guests can also select from a fresh fish market seafood display featuring a variety of premium catches flown in daily while a raw bar, caviar and crudo menu round out the seafood experience.

    Love the food and the service. However when we were being seated they sat us next to two other black couples in the back of the restaurant. As we sat down the other couples black couples made mention that when another black couple leaves they sit down another couple black couples in its place. One of the couples had been there for several hours watching who was being seated by them blacks only. You might want to look into that, because I don’t believe it was a coincidence.

    I love the food and service here. Also I love EDM and dance music…just not at a top notch steakhouse dining room!? Be warned, if you want a relaxing dining experience, and be able to talk with your guests and hear one another, forget it,. There’s a place for that but not while dining at a steakhouse. We’re not old fogeys, we like to have fun, but if I wanted to experience that vibe I’d have chosen Jing because I’d expect that there, but you don’t have the Jing club crowd trying to dine on steak and lobster here. Please re-think the loud club music guys. This was around 7pm dinner reservation. Again good food and service is outstanding. Just way too loud. Harlow isn’t playing loud club music while dining….I mean at least turn it way down low if that’s the vibe you wish to convey.

    Came in for a long overdue date night! Music was on point. Had me vibing the whole time. Food was phenomenal. Lionel was great while cracking jokes and making suggestions for food recommendations. I don’t recall the back servers name but she was very attentive and polite. Also big shout out to the sommelier, Logan! Gave us a nice tour of wine cellar.

    The music is just way to loud for the dining experience offered - ruins the overall atmosphere of an upscale dining experience - it’s not promoted as a nightclub yet the music was definitely more nightclub than fine dining

    The food was good, nothing special, the Branzini fish was good. The Ambience, well if you like noisy echoing sounds, could not carry on a conversation. Our reservations , 20 minutes late, that’s what we were told , they were running late.
