   We come here each year when we visit my parents for the holidays. The four of us were SO looking forward to our little double date (myself, my boyfriend, my parents). NV steak did not disappoint, as usual! Marc was our server, he was very pleasant and answered our questions thoughtfully, he even went the extra mile to find out more about our wine menu inquiries. We ordered a lot of food, and Marc timed it all perfectly. The drinks were absolutely incredible; I had the Blush and Smoke Mescal cocktail and my boyfriend had the Sakuro (?) Sour. So good! We always appreciate how quiet and peaceful the ambience is, despite being inside of a casino. NV Steak will always be our special occasion spot when we visit Reno.    We had an absolutely incredible Christmas/anniversary dinner! The table was strewn with fresh rose petals to celebrate. The staff was attentive and professional. Angel kept our water glasses filled, brought us fresh, hot bread, and an appetizer boat, gratis. Turns out our waitress was married at exactly the same place we were, a year later. We had wonderful memories of being married at Tahoe, 40 years ago. My husband had surf and turf and the fillet was cooked perfectly, we got the Oscar topping for it, which was more crab than I've ever been served anywhere else, ever. The lobster tail with it was succulent, and so big we shared it! He got the gigantic twice baked potato and I got the au gratin potatoes, which were a work of art. I had the top sirloin and it was huge. We were absolutely stuffed by the end of the meal and begged off dessert, but were presented with two candles on a beautiful plate, with wish to blow out an anniversary wish together. The prices were half what they would be anywhere else, their servings were double and the quality was comparable, if not better. We are going there for every celebration from now on. And bonus, it's in a casino, so we could have fun before and after! Thank you to all for such a special evening.

   My friend ordered the escargot and said that there wasn't much flavor and it is usually served with bread which she ordered more than what we first received. Additionally she ordered the twice baked potato and again lacked flavor. We both ordered the Filet Mignon which I felt was flavorful and she agreed. I ordered the mashed potatoes, which I felt lacked thickness. I would order another dish besides the mashed potatoes. I would come back but I won't make a special trip as I live in Dayton.

   Have always had a wonderful experience at Nevada Steak for any occasion and Christmas Eve dinner was no exception. Outstanding service, great food, and didn't feel rushed despite the restaurant being booked for the entire evening.

   Our Christmas Eve dinner at Nevada steak was lovely. We enjoyed the fillet with lobster tail, both of which were cooked to perfection.  We indulged ourselves in having the oysters on the half shell and escargot also. No room for dessert, as who needed any after that wonderful dinner! Hannah was our server and she was attentive to our needs and pleasantly festive! Thank you Nevada steak!

   I have now dined at Nevada Steak on three separate occasions. Service, food, attentiveness and ambience were all outstanding. I fully enjoyed and recommend eating at this restaurant. You will not be disappointed.
