   An outstanding culinary experience! Chef Brody personally presents each plate with a warm explanation and a cheerful 'cheers' before diving into a truly memorable tasting journey. Among the five dishes we shared as a group of four, the salmon stood out as an undeniable highlight. The service, infused with wit—starting with a playful refusal of utensils during the first course—added to the charm and reinforced the sense of engagement I associate with the service and chef’s presence at Club Chasse et Pêche (26th best restaurant in Canada). Aside from its somewhat narrow space, Natsu is truly deserving of a Michelin star whenever the guide finally includes Montreal. Until then, take advantage of the remarkably reasonable pricing for a mind-expanding vegan epicurean experience.

   We found Natsu to be another great addition to Brodie's culinary achievements. Big fans of Maynard's and always looking for another vegan diner option, we found Natsu to be an excellent choice. We shared a salad and the Maple Carrot entrée. Both were creative, tasty, fresh and abundant. We will definitely go back and try the remaining dishes and all those to come. Big thanks for a lovely experience!

   En général, les plats que nous avons goûté étaient bons. Nous avons pris 4 plats pour 2 personnes. Le foie gras de cajous a vraiment été apprécié. Le saumon vegan vaut la peine d’être essayé (niveau texture et goût, c’est bluffant). Cependant, le riz frit sous le saumon était vraiment trop salé. La présentation du Mapo était intéressante, mais j’aurais aimé plus de mapo sur le tofu pour un meilleur équilibre. Je recommande tout de même et le service était impeccable !

   I don't often eat vegan, but really enjoyed Natsu! The staff are great and the chef prepares everything from behind a diner-like counter. The cocktails are fun (they're very creative with soju) and the artwork is amazing. Highly recommend this neighbourhood gem.

   J’adore ce restaurant :) des petits plats à paratager (ou pas…), délicieux, recherchés, j’aime tout! Belle carte de vin, de cocktail et café! Tout se que j’aime! Staff vraiment sweet. Je recommande! Merci pour cette belle place!

   J’ai adoré mon expérience au Café Natsu. Tous nos plats étaient délicieux. Mention spéciale au mappo tofu! N’hésitez pas à inviter vos ami.es non véganes pour leur montrer comment on a des bons restos véganes à Montréal 😍 Le service aussi était génial. Merci à notre serveuse super sympathique pour les conseils! On a adoré tous les vins qu’elle nous a proposés. Et belle ambiance musicale aussi. Bref, je recommande!
