Wonderful lunch at naschmarkt. We always love their soup and this did not disappoint. The sunchoke soup was delish! We also shared an appetizer and the Pork Schnitzel sandwich. All tasty and no room for dessert. Great service. Will return again soon.

Lovely dinner for two in a sophisticated setting. We were graciously welcomed. We shared both the beet salad (could have included more beets) and Weiner schnitzel. Our waitress indicated that these items were large and even when split the portions were large, and delicious. The lady bartender came to our table to ask whether our drinks were prepared as indicated. A first for us with her thoughtfulness. We had an early dinner and only a few patrons were inside. However, the noise level remains moderate as there is a loud rumble from the ventilations system that is annoying and contributes to the noise level. This is our third visit to the restaurant, so the ventilation noise is likely a constant. When the weather is warmer, we will dine outside.

Enjoyed our meal and the service was just lovely. Not sure if we’ll go back as it was pricier than we expected - $215 for dinner for 2.

Excellent food and service. We ordered many of the Austrian/German dishes (sausage app, schnitzel, spaetzle, strudel, Sacher Torte) and every one was terrific.

The food and the service, particularly the warm welcome by the maître d', Ramsey, and the excellent service by Mia, our waitress, was first class. The noise level, however, was deafening, and extremely unpleasant, not the fault of the restaurant. It's a small restaurant and there was a table nearby with somebody who had an extremely loud voice and very loud laugh, and around the corner there was a table of 6 of what appeared to be college kids who were extraordinarily loud. That was not my experience several weeks ago when I ate there with a colleague , but this time it made it difficult not only to carry on a conversation but also it was just, and my hearing is normal, really unpleasant. I suggested to the waitress that they might want to install some cloth batting on horizontal poles on the ceiling, to absorb the sound, because it's not something they can control and there's nothing wrong with the restaurant, which is great, but the loud sound level was very distracting from the overall excellent experience.

Our birthday party at Naschmarkt was a great success. Gracious and personal service, above average food, great menu, and appropriate wine list. Fairly broad selection of schnapps and domestic spirits. We had a medium large party and when we arrived our table was ready and waiting in a quiet area away from traffic. The menu accommodated a fairly broad range of tastes and dietary restrictions, "something for everyone." Try the veal. It's the best in the city.

We had a great time celebrating my birthday at Naschmarkt with amazing sausages, pretzels, wiener schnitzel and of course apfel strudel. The food was super tasty and the service was great too! The wiener schnitzel is a huge portion, so we'll be enjoying a lot of it for dinner again. I would highly recommend this place for authentic austrian food.
