   Vibe was good and food was great. Place need more curtains though, the sun was at eye level as the sun sets, hurting my eyes for like 10 minutes when my seat is facing the windows and glass entrance

   Food was good but the overall experience didn’t match the price paid. Service was lacking with finished dishes not cleared for nearly 30 minutes and no follow up on if coffee/dessert would be ordered.

   Best pork I have ever had! It was juicy and flavourful with a crispy exterior, and the small stone grill was the perfect temperature for finishing the meat to our liking. The meal came with a variety of smaller dishes that left us feeling incredibly satisfied. We will be back soon!

   Went for a late dinner and had both the kake udon and cheese katsu. Nothing mind blowingly amazing but very good meal and well priced for the dishes plus area this restaurant is located. Udon is bouncy and broth was very clear and warm as I like. The pork from the katsu was on a thinner end but made up for that thicker cheese. We enjoyed both. Sides matches the dishes we got except for the picked item with celery, would have preferred a different refresher as a side but again nothing to complain just personal preference. Service is still very good for our late meal, they would let us know when an item was delayed and check back often enough and kept an eye out for our water. Since it was late I can’t confirm how loud it could be as there’s only 3-4 other tables filled at our time but music was just at enough to be enjoyable and yet easily glossed over with our conversations.

    The food is great. We love it! Will come back for sure. We had to wait an hour for the food to arrive because it seems like we went there on a very busy day (Friday evening) so a little warning. But the food is great and very authentic, servers are nice :)
