   Wonderful experience. Our server, food, service was all exceptional. I wish I could recall the server's name because he definitely added positivity to the overall experience. I will go back.

   This is the second time we’ve eaten at Napoli Brothers. It was great again. The pizza was fantastic.

   Had a great first visit. The margarita pizza was delicious with great authentic flavor and thin crust. Really liked the Napoli salad for the ingredients and dressing. Mitch was a great server! Really impressed with the head chef coming around to check on customer experience. Will return soon!

   Unfortunately this was the worst experience that we have ever had at a Napoli restaurant. We had reservations for 8 people, where the host tried to sit up at a table made for 6. We asked for a different table, and was given a round table that sat 6 also, but that was the only other option. After being sat, it took 20 minutes for us to see a server to order drinks, and nearly 25 minutes to get each drink, followed by someone in our party getting the wrong drink. We really wanted to love this, and we were so excited to visit, but left so disappointed after spending $400. I wish there was a manager walking around or at least someone to check on us through the meal to make sure our experience was well, but that was not the case.

   McKenzie, thank you for taking the time to share the details of your visit with us. We strive to provide every guest with an exceptional experience and we clearly failed to meet your expectations. We've since realized that when your reservation increased from 6 to 8 people we did not reassign your table. The second table you were assigned, one of two round booths we have, has been previously utilized for 8 people however, we apologize that it was not a comfortable option for you. Additionally, we have addressed the issue with your server not approaching your table in a timely fashion. Lastly, not having a manager check on your table is inexcusable. At Napoli Bros. we strive to be true ambassadors of service, and we are hoping you provide us with another opportunity to prove our commitment.

   Have eaten here a few times. Always have had excellent service and terrific food. Tonight Matt was our server and did a great job

   First time trying it. On reservation, I asked for a booth. Didn’t get one. Hostess seemed flustered at where to seat us. Waitress was ok, not very attentive as it was busy. My vodka al forno didn’t have enough chicken in it. I had to go hunting for it. Husband got pizza. Was not given a plate. Bill was $60 for lunch.

    The grilled Caesar salad is sooooo good, as is their pepperoni pizza. Definitely a cut above the rest! Service was excellent - very attentive but not overbearing. This is our go to place before attending events at The Factory. Be sure to get a reservation though!
