Café Napoli is a family owned restaurant, established in 1989 by Tony and Kathy Pietoso. Quickly becoming a success, they moved the small basement restaurant to a larger location at the corner of Forsyth and Bemiston in the heart of Clayton. In 2003, sons Ande and Kye expanded their family restaurant by adding Bar Napoli, a swank cocktail lounge. A few years later, Napoli Reserve was added onto Bar Napoli allowing for private event space and an additional bar and lounge for the weekends. After years of a flourishing business, Kathy and Tony decided to take their ventures West to Town and Country where they opened their second location, Napoli2, managed by Ande. Kye has taken the reigns from his father and is now the front man for the 8,000 square foot establishment in Clayton. Café Napoli and Bar Napoli have recently undergone a face lift inside and out. Inside the kitchen, Executive Chef from Napoli2 Jon Berger was recently added to the team, bringing fresh ideas and innovation to the regional Italian specialties.

    I had the best server and best experience. I am diabetic and am on a very strict diet with no flour or any sugar. He helped give input on which would be the best options. When my dinner came the veal had been coated in flour and they took it back immediately and remade me one without. They were so kind and considerate. It is so hard sometimes to eat out and they went above and beyond and I am thankful!

    My wife and I had the Veal Picatta and were not disappointed.. very tender and flavorful. Our server, Jessica, was friendly, knowledgeable, and not hovering. Napoli 3 is a treasure in St Charles!

    I love going to this place. Have been there for both lunch and dinner. Each time, the waiters were very attentive and the food was delicious. Can't wait to go back.

    Service from Sofia was great. Made a few tries at the wine list, but ended up doing a round of Negroni’s for the table….outstanding cocktails. Wanted a lighter dinner so had the meatballs and the beet salad…..which was just an amazing dish. Highly recommend. Would go back again.
