   Price point is good and service was excellent. Food was just ok. The chicken was room temperature in the dish I ordered, and the pasta was only a little warmer. I prefer the M'tucci's in Nob Hill. We ate here because it was close the the venue we were going to a show at.

   Trying this M'tucci's for 2nd time, as always happy with the other ones, but once again not thrilled with this location. Highlight was the cocktail options and quality. Otherwise, food was just OK and even though waitress was pleasant, she was overloaded as several large parties were there, so service was pretty slow.

   It was a special event - My mother turned 85 and my husband is celebrating 1 year since his quadruple bypass surgery. The steak was chewy and full of gristle. The pasta was a disgusting blob of glutton that was clearly over cooked. The appetizers came with no plates and once I was able to ask for plates the meals had arrived. I did not complain because I didn't want to ruin our evening, but the evening was sadly ruined. 3 of the 4 of us became ill after eating at M'tucci's 25 - I thew up. Typically, we go to the location in Nob Hill, but we were unable to get there because of the parade and my mom being disabled so we thought we would give 25 a chance. Sadly, it was a big mistake. The worst part about the whole experience is that an important event was spoiled because of the poor quality of food. The pate issue was easy to overlook, but once the food came out everything was compounded. The service was fine - it was just very disappointing that the evening was not what we had expected or hoped for. Elisa Alford

   Extremely loud. Unable to visit with your party comfortably. I wish you could insulate with sound barriers.

   Had the lunch special eggplant Parmesan. The eggplant was very dry and needed more sauce or cheese or something. It was hard. The pasta had a white cream sauce. It seemed like it should’ve been marinara with eggplant Parmesan. The salad had old lettuce in it that was brown. The lemon cookie at the end was wonderful. The service was amazing. I’ve eaten there before, but this was really bad.  One of my friends had the chicken Parmesan same story. There were three of us and we all agreed that the food was lacking this time. They used to serve bread for free and now they’re charging four dollars for it, which is OK if the rest of the food would’ve been better

   The eggplant Parmesan is usually excellent but tonight it was a little over fried. Diego, our waiter was excellent. Old fashioneds are the best in town.

   If OpenTable doesn't show any reservation availability at the time you are looking to eat, call or just go to the restaurant, as OpenTable only has access to limited reservations. I wanted a 11:45 reservation and only 11:15 and 12 were available, however there were many available tables and the bar is always an option. Same food, same kitchen, same service. Consistency and local fresh ingredients are much preferred over nationwide chain dining options. Support local.

    Our server, Charles, was engaging and efficient. The food was served so that salads or soup could be eaten before the main course. Two seafood cannellonis, eggplant parmeson, Navy bean soup and blackberry and goat cheese salad, all very tasty and served hot or cold as required. We have never been disappointed at t his restaurant.
