   I would highly recommend this restaurant for the level of service and the delicious food. The setting is very nice and the overall ambiance is fantastic. Our waitress was very professional and friendly and the service was very quick.

   Cheryl is a great server. Lobster tails special was perfect. Nice bread and sides to go with it. Love Mr Gs.

   Mr.G’s food and service are always excellent. The staff is very welcoming and food is served in a comfortable fashion. I have never felt rushed or had to wait for service. The menu has plenty of choices from appetizers to dessert (limited desserts) Everything my husband and I have tried was really good.

   Fish fry was pretty bad. Fried fish was overcooked. The coleslaw was the worst I’ve ever tasted. It was very spicy hot burning to my palate. It used to be ok. Why the change? It’s supposed to be sweet and not harsh with carrots. Who ever is making it now should be arrested. My wife had the baked fish. That wasn’t bad. We enjoy going out for fish on Friday. Will not visit Vernon for a fish dinner in the near future. Maybe in a year from now.

   Was greeted with a warm welcome. We got to our table and the waitress had an attitude. Food was it well prepared. Bread was hard and stale.

   Very relaxing environment and excellent food and service . We felt special and were treated as good as the food . We will definitely come to Mr. G’s in the future and will tell our friends what a great restaurant Mr. G’s is !

    We made reservation this. Time for a farewell dinner and it was a great dinner experience. The table we requested was reserved for us and service was great. The fish fry was a little bit on the dry side, however, still very tasty. Overall great experience.
