   I’d never been before and decided to try it for myself. My server was excellent, friendly but, more than once, had to re-do my drink AND food order. Starting with iced tea - it’s not freshly brewed but an awful mix with foam on top. She replaced it with hot tea — tried & true. I ordered the kale salad with lemon vinaigrette, which was more oil than lemon. I added salmon (well done), but the salmon was raw in the middle. To be fair, the ‘well done’ piece was better, but by that point, I’d been dining there for over an hour — solo. Again, my server took care of me, but all in it cost me $50 for that meal which was far below a quality dining experience. I would not return nor recommend.

   8PM Sunday night reservation for four. We entered the restaurant which was filled to capacity, Our reservation was honored and with in minutes we were at our table. The waitress had to inform me that I needed to choose a different item because they ran out of hamburgers! She explained that they had already served over one thousand meals so far. She suggested the steak sandwich which I really enjoyed. There had to have been ten birthday sparkler cakes brought out to celebrants throughout our one hour and 40 minutes visit. Often many tables joined in the singing. Although we were seated immediately after 20 minutes we realized we weren't given menus, Within 10-15 minutes we ordered and waited and waited for the food. Yes it was still filled to capacity as people left the tables were quickly occupied. Finally after at least 40 minutes after ordering the food arrived, The fries on my delicious steak sandwich were not hot as well as the side onion rings for the table An additional order of fries for the table never arrived even after a reminder to the waitress. The others in the group liked their sandwiches, Turkey and brisket but the pastrami was not liked! We were able to quickly get the check at 9:40 and make a 9;55 LIRR train home We have been to Mr Broadway many times and this was the first time our food was not served hot.

   We were there a for a friends gathering and birthday celebration. Everything from the pastrami sandwich with chopped liver to the latkes , beef short rib tacos , salmon and more was fantastic. The biggest difficulty was choosing what to eat. Highly recommended.

   A Glatt kosher restaurant, which seems like it belongs to an earlier era (even w/ things like edamame and brisket tacos on the menu).

   Took our 9 year old granddaughter there for her birthday. Staff was efficient and friendly. Food was excellent. Capped off an outstanding experience with a beautiful rendition of Happy Birthday that delighted the birthday girl!

   This restaurant will not disappoint! The menu is vast, the food is delicious, and the service is excellent. The owners and staff greet you with a smile and that’s just the beginning of many smiles you will experience!

   The food was mostly delicious—particularly the split pea soup with matzo ball and the pickled tongue sandwich—except for the pareve cheesecake for dessert. They were out of the carrot cake, so I ordered the cheesecake because it looked delicious on the menu picture, but it was sickeningly sweet and tasted nothing like the real thing. However, the noise level of the ambient ’music’ was intolerable. We weren’t able to have a conversation at our table because of the noise. We asked the manager several times to turn down the volume but he didn’t comply. So we couldn’t really enjoy our experience at this restaurant.
