Moshulu is one of the most unique dining experiences in Philadelphia aboard a ship. Dine indoors in our newly remodeled dining rooms or outdoors in the open-air or covered decks.                                                                                     On Saturday I joined friends for a holiday dinner . The atmosphere is very nice & we were very excited to be there for the very first time. The lobster bisque was very good. I wish I could say the same about our entrees. 2 guests ordered the surf & turf special of 4oz lobster tail with beef medallions. However the hollandaise was poured on lobster tail vs the beef was a hunk of meat that was dry & tough & not cooked a the medium temp requested. All for the bargain price of $95 per person. The price was never mentioned by the waitress which may have greatly swayed the choice. I ordered the tuna tataki. It was not what I expected. The vegetables that laid on top were cold, the tuna looked to be seared right but the fish itself was very dark in color & tasted terrible. I barely ate my meal & never once did the staff ask if everything ok even when taking it from me. The 4th guest got a filet but it was cooked well done so I do not feel it is fair to critique. I certainly do not mind paying for a meal that is well executed. But after tip we walked out paying $700 for meals and drinks that were subpar. I am very disappointed and wish we choose another option to celebrate the Holidays.

                                                                                    Lunchtime with a great river view, lovely booth for our group and the best cheeseburger I have had in a while! Plus the truffle fries were delicious as well! Great stop!

Our Waiter, Mike (I believe that was his name), was one of the best to do it. He was attentive, available, and pleasant. We appreciated him and for offering great food suggestions. I will definitely be back and will want Mike as my Waiter.
