   I ordered a 12 oz filet mignon steak but the chef or someone screwed up the order and only cooked an 8 oz filet instead. They were more than willing to cook me the size I ordered but my wife would have been eating her dinner entree alone while I waited for a new steak so I declined their offer. Part of my wife’s rack of lamb was pretty fatty the other rack was meaty We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and Morton’s gave us a delicious complimentary chocolate dessert, which was very nice of them and greatly appreciated!

   Our Server was Steve and he and the staff did a fantastic job . The food was very good. The steaks that were ordered medium were a bit under done, but still very good. The peppercorn that accompanied the steak was excellent. Ceasar salad was good not over dressed. The ambiance is very much like a good steakhouse.

   We always love celebrating birthdays and special occasions at Morton’s. The service is so impeccable. The steaks are really delicious.

   My mother and I had a wonderful Sunday night ladies’ outing at Morton’s The Steakhouse in Naperville, and it was truly an unforgettable experience! From the moment we were seated, the service was impeccable. Our waitress, Campbell, was phenomenal, attentive, personable, and made us feel so welcome. The meal started with their signature bread, which was warm, fresh, and absolutely delicious. Our steaks, ordered at the rare plus level, were cooked to perfection - juicy, tender, and full of flavor. The onion rings were perfectly crispy and seasoned, adding a delightful touch to our meal - thank you Chef. To top it off, the drinks were exceptional - prosecco and the perfect dirty martini, blue cheese olives. My mother was equally thrilled with the experience, which made our ladies’ night all the more special. The atmosphere was cozy yet elegant, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy quality time together. We couldn’t have asked for a better night. Thank you!

   As always we enjoy our visit, feels like family! The food is always fantastic and the atmosphere is happy!! beside the staff being friendly we had people walk over as they were leaving to complement my three young grandchildren and wish me a happy birthday !!

   We enjoyed our dinner. One complaint is that the music was a little loud, our table was right under a speaker. Two, my husbands bass a little undercooked. But overall we had a wonderful dinner with our family!

    Our dinner was wonderful and the food was delicious. This was a special birthday treat and I was happy to have gift cards to pay for our meal as it was more than we usually spend. The server was great during our meal-very professional and attentive. The only negative aspect of our meal was the second gift card didn’t work and we had to pay the majority of the bill ourselves. I figured the gift card was not activated, but when I looked the next day I noticed he didn’t remove the sticker covering the complete card number on the back of the card. Therefore he couldn’t get the card to go through. I ended up using it elsewhere and it worked perfectly. It’s not like we were out of pocket, it was just a bit disappointing and put a slight damper on our evening. I considered calling the restaurant but didn’t want to create a fuss or get the server in trouble.
