    We had high expectations coming in as we had never dined at Morton's before. The room was filled and vibrant - which made us want to join in. However, we were put in a side room that looked to be a converted storage room and, and felt removed from the vibrancy we wanted. Service was a bit slow, although the server was pleasant enough. The sommelier was top notch with a great Cabernet Sauvignon recommendation. Most of the food that we ordered was at least very good, although the sides to each of our steaks were disappointing. While our ribeyes tasted great, the cuts were not the quality we would have expected for the price. Net - we felt a bit disappointed in our seating allotment, slow service and value for the food. Not sure we will be back soon.

    I waited close to 45 minutes to be seated but it was Christmas Day and the place was packed so no faults there. I lucked out and got seated at a table for four in a private dining room. Even though the bar tender forgot to affix a piece of sirloin to my State Street Manhattan, the drink was still great. Overall, the food and service was excellent as always given the circumstances.

    Very busy Christmas Eve! We have been going for many years. The food was delicious we love that they expanded their sides. The green beans and scalloped potatoes were a hit! Our service was a tad slow both at the bar and at the table but we relaxed and had a good time. Steaks were yummy as always!!

    The service at the restaurant was outstanding—our server was attentive and friendly, and we really appreciated that. However, we did encounter a couple of issues. Unfortunately, we found a large hair in the bread, which was quite off-putting. Additionally, the restrooms were out of toilet paper in all three stalls, which was inconvenient. For the price point, we feel these areas could use improvement, particularly ensuring basic necessities like toilet paper are always stocked. Thank you for your attention, and we hope to see these concerns addressed in the future!

    What a waste of money. Was extremely disappointed in the 130$ porterhouse we ordered. It was probably the least seasoned steak I have ever had, this was truly bad. The asparagus was completely overcooked and the potato side dish was way too cheesy. Crab cake was just ok and the only thing we had that was at all tasty was the shrimp cocktail. The waitresses were amazing though! First and last time going there!!!

    The food and service were top-notch, and the staff put a lot of effort into ensuring it was a special birthday for my father and grandmother. It was louder than I would have expected from a high-end steakhouse, but there were a number of large parties, so I think that was a big driver. All in all, it was a great experience!
