A swanky sexy environment with authentic Thai and Japanese recipes located in Southpark cooked by our Thai and Japanese chefs. One of the best Pad Thai's you'll ever have. We offer a full service sushi bar and spirit bar serving specialty cocktails that are out of this world. Moon Thai & Japanese was established on August 3rd, 2000, in Coral Gables, FL by lifetime chef and restaurant owner Jack Punma. The menus at Moon Thai and Japanese are carefully prepared with only the highest quality ingredients. Customer service and satisfaction is our top priority so please visit any of our locations and enjoy the relaxing atmosphere. Moon Thai Charlotte is located in the Apex building in Southpark off of Sharon Rd.     Service and food fantastic. We are in town from Washington, DC and we ate hear last year and vowed to return. Moon Thai did not disappoint; and we’ll be back every time we’re there in Charlotte.

    Noce hostess- helped me move some chairs for better aeating. Outside patio is lovely but our table had no propane- waiter very mice with recommendations- staff attentive and friendly

    Food was good portions tasty came out on time. Service was really slow took a while to get our drinks and had bartender come cause some issue with the drinks dirty wine glass, but overall good value for time and money.

    I had a large party of 20 for my birthday and despite this, food, drinks, and service was top tier! Our server Bianca kept the table manicured and everything we ordered came out perfectly. Food of course was delicious as were the cocktails. Will definitely be coming back again!

    Nice experience. Food was good. The service was exceptional! Our waitress did a great job. Some items were a tad overpriced but that is expected in this economy. We had a great evening out.

    The food was excellent the staff was outstanding, we shared a spicy shrimp sushi roll and our Ty entrees were very good. We each had a red curry dish, I the chicken and my wife had the shrimp. Look forward to our return visit.

    Perfect in every way! The wait staff greats you upon entry, the ambiance is beautiful, our server was above average (and super friendly- even knew the menu and gave recommendations!) and the food, WOW JUST WOW. Probably some of the best I’ve had in Charlotte yet (and I don’t say that lightly). I feel like more people need to check it out because it’s kind of a hidden gem & parking is a bit tough. But in all honestly it’s top notch. If you haven’t gone- GO!
