   The food is divine! Our server Dominique is a true professional, she's very attentive and knowledgeable about the chef's recipe prep and ingredients. Her suggestions were spot on! Momento Restaurant has become our go-to spot for date night and dinner with friends. The selection of fine fare is abundant, and we will return again, and again, and AGAIN!

   Gem!! What a wonderful restaurant hidden away in the poconos from the moment you are greeted at the door until your dessert it was extraordinary.

   We had an exceptional dinner at Momento. We shared the duck & wild boar meatballs to start along with the honey goat tart served directly by the chef himself! Our entrees were delightful - I had the special Tuscan lasagna with a bechemel sauce and shaved truffles. The meal paired perfectly with my glass of the recommended Montelpuciano. I got to tell our children about how much it reminded me of the lasagna we ate on our honeymoon in Italy 15 years ago during a wine tasting in the cellar of a vineyard in Tuscany. My husband confirmed this after I fed him a bite. We also had the filet mignon (cooked to perfection - rare) and the chicken Parmesan served with homemade pappardelle. We finished with the petite cheesecake and cannolis made with an almond shell. Everyone was quite satisfied. We can’t wait to go back!

   All the food was delicious, service was amazing, I would like to thank my server Vonya, she was so professional, she knows how to serve and make you happy, it was my birthday and she made my day, I had one of my life's best dinner and phenomenal experience. Chef definitely deserves a Michelin Star.

   We dined @ Momento for an Anniversary. The table had a sign on it wishing us a Happy Anniversary from the Chef & Staff. Pleasant surprise! Everyone was so welcoming. Our waitress, Vonya, was outstanding. The pace of our dinner was perfect. I like to take my time & enjoy each course. We enjoyed a veal ragu over fresh pasta, & chicken parmigiana. Both were excellent! We chose cannoli for dessert, and it was the best I’ve ever had. We will be back (soon!)… Eileen

   We recently dined at Momento and chose the tasting menu with wine pairing. The food was well-executed, and it is clear that Chef Nicola puts great care and passion into every dish. The culinary quality is commendable and shows real potential. However, the overall experience was hindered by the level of service. From the outset, our server attempted to dissuade us from ordering the tasting menu, mentioning that it takes too long. We later understood this was due to being severely understaffed, with only two servers covering the entire dining room. Two managers did visit our table during the meal to ask how everything was, but unfortunately, neither of them stepped in to assist the overwhelmed staff. As a result, basic service elements suffered, water was not refilled without asking, drinks had to be requested repeatedly, and the presentation and explanation of each dish and wine felt rushed. Chef Nicola’s visit to the table was appreciated, and the food speaks highly of his talent and dedication. However, for Momento to deliver a truly exceptional dining experience, the service and management support need to match the quality coming from the kitchen.
