   Joe and Ezra possess an incredible ability to monitor and attend to details, food was excellent. Staff is organized and work together. I believe this to be a common denominator amongst all CRG restaurants. Coming from DC, this mid west folks know hospitality.

   We went for our anniversary and they gave us free champagne! This was our second time coming to Modita and the service is always amazing.

   Our server Jo provided cordial, courteous and attentive service. The food (both menu and what was delivered to the table) was a major disappointment. Won’t be back and do not recommend.

   Went for happy hour with two former co-workers who had never been to Modita. Once again, the food and service was delicious. We tried 3 different dim sum dishes: pork soup dumplings, bao buns and chicken potstickers. All were delicious with our favorite being the pork soup dumplings. My friends said the Azolla cocktail was good with some smoky flavor. And I love the Hitachino Nest red rice ale. Overall, a fun way to introduce them to Modita (both liked it) and catch up. Sad to hear that happy hour has gone away. But the food at Modita is so good, I'll come back for a full meal next time.

   This was a fantastic find! Modita is a great place for sharing as there are so many interesting dishes on the menu. The pork belly bao was amazing and I normally do not like bao; it was light and fluffy and the pork belly melted in your mouth. The short ribs, naan, soup dumplings and sushi were also very tasty. I would Go back again to try other items. Our server, Josh, was great with suggestions and pacing out our dinner. Save room for the yuzu bar for dessert.

   This was the first time we had been here. We ordered miso soup and we both enjoyed it. Then we had the potstickers which were good but spicy. Unfortunately that is where the good food ended. I ordered the chicken peanut sauce and it was so charred I couldn’t eat it. The peanut sauce was tasty though. My husband ordered the lamb and he said his also had too much char flavor as well. Not sure we will be back. We usually enjoy all CRG locations. Disappointed.

We're sorry to hear that the char flavor in the chicken skewer and lamb tandoori didn't meet your expectations, we have a Robota Grill that is has a specific cooking method that gives the food a much smokier flavor than other cooking methods will. Due to this, I understand that it may not be the flavors you were wanting. We would love for you to come back and try some of our dishes from other areas on our menu and give us another chance to give you the experience we strive to give all of our guests.
