   It was disappointing, the service was not great. Apps came out after salads, wrong food was delivered, we asked 3x to fix and it finally happened mid-meal. To top it off the bill was wrong. You expect a $600 bill to be better.

   Had a nice Christmas dinner with a great server, James. We had a reservation at 545. Got seated around 6 which was very understandable as it was packed. We were in no hurry and just wanted an enjoyable evening out. Everything we had was delicious. Even though they were out of bread, 7 oz filets, baked potatoes and banana cream pie. Which was actually not a problem because it is hard to make a bad choice - we simply selected other tasty options and had a great dinner!

   Since Mitchell’s is now owned by Landry’s their food quality is not as good as it was when it was a Cameron Mitchell restaurant. Servers are not as attentive either.

   Eating here on Christmas Day was so fun! They had a reasonably-priced fixed course menu in addition to their regular menu. The servers were all cheerful and friendly, many were wearing Christmas outfits. Great food, lovely experience!

   This was my first Christmas meal away from home and the staff and food was amazing. I would come back for a meal or holiday experience again

   The food was amazing, and we tried a variety of things! Our server Mark was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when asked about the menu so it made the experience more enjoyable. It was the perfect Christmas lunch for us and we’ll definitely go back again!

    The food at Mitchell's is consistently excellent, and we've enjoyed many previous meals there. However, our recent Christmas Eve experience fell short of our expectations. We had a reservation for 6:45 PM and were initially informed of a slight delay. While the restaurant had a festive atmosphere, the unexpected greeting set a somewhat off-key tone. More significantly, the Prix-Fixe Christmas menu exclusively featured shellfish, posing a challenge for one of our guests with a severe allergy. Our request for a simple substitution (Salmon for Lobster) was unfortunately denied. We believe it would be beneficial for future holiday menus to include more allergy-friendly options. We were disappointed that no manager visited our table to inquire about our dining experience, address our concerns, or simply acknowledge our presence. Despite these shortcomings, the quality of the food remains a highlight. We hope that Mitchell's will consider these suggestions for future holiday seasons.
