   Our server James was great, and our food was outstanding. We had reservations for 9:15, however, had to wait 20 minutes to be seated. That was not outstanding.

   Service was horrible. I’ve visited many times over the years but I can honestly say I won’t be back. For being New Years Eve the experience was the worst I’ve ever had at a Cameron Mitchell restaurant.

   I have been to so many steakhouses all over the states, and this experience was Meh. I couldn’t believe our bill $500 either. For a ticket that high, I would have expected a little more involvement from our server, but he was mostly absent and usually asked if needed anything in passing. The wine list disappointing for the ‘by the glass’ options. Steak was over done. Presentation was boring. Dessert was atrocious. Espresso martini was pretty meh. Just overall, I was very underwhelmed. It wasn’t horrible (except for dessert) but I’ll stick with Hyde Park in the future. I will say, Mitchell’s Steakhouse downtown is SO much better than this location. No comparison at all.

   Our food was delicious but the service was rushed with the entrees coming out on the heels of the soup and salad. Sat without drinks for some time and by the time I was given a spoon for my lobster bisque, it was cold. It just didn’t feel special.

   We frequent many Mitchell’s restaurants in the Columbus area but somehow have not been here in the past 18 years despite it being very near my workplace. Although it’s no longer tied to the Mitchell’s restaurant group, it beyond met our expectations of a Mitchell’s restaurant. Food was great, we had a seafood tower, beat salad, and a couple entrees. Oysters in the seafood tower were some of the better ones we’ve had in Columbus. The King Ora Salmon was great too.

   Overall you can’t go wrong with any of the restaurants under this brand. Always a good to great experience.

   It was disappointing, the service was not great. Apps came out after salads, wrong food was delivered, we asked 3x to fix and it finally happened mid-meal. To top it off the bill was wrong. You expect a $600 bill to be better.

    Had a nice Christmas dinner with a great server, James. We had a reservation at 545. Got seated around 6 which was very understandable as it was packed. We were in no hurry and just wanted an enjoyable evening out. Everything we had was delicious. Even though they were out of bread, 7 oz filets, baked potatoes and banana cream pie. Which was actually not a problem because it is hard to make a bad choice - we simply selected other tasty options and had a great dinner!
