Mirabelle is a boutique restaurant located in the Vail Valley and believe to be the first home site in Beaver Creek. It’s unique and romantic setting is the home of Belgium Master Chef Daniel Joly. His unique and contemporary cuisine uses the best natural and organic ingredients available. Chef Joly takes great pride in his work but if you ask him what gives him the most satisfaction of all his awards and accomplishments, he will simply say that awards and peer recognition are great but a customer complimenting him for a great dining experience is the best of all.
During the Holiday's we will close on Christmas Day, and we will be closed on Sunday, January 5 and Monday January 6, 2025. Reservations needs to be cancelled 2 days prior to avoid cancellation fee of $ 75.00.
Please arrive on time, we will hold the table for 15 minutes.
Winter season will be closed on Sunday.
We are answering our phone during business hours at 2 pm.

                                                    With a Michelin recognition, Mirabelle is a must visit! Chef Joly is simply amazing! While using fresh ingredients he delivers for my husband who is a foodie and myself a picky eater. Your missing out if you don’t experience Mirabelle while visiting the Vail valley

                                                    We believe Mirabelle is the finest restaurant in Beaver Creek. We compare it to restaurants with 1-2 stars in Europe, plus the service is better! One of our favorites.

                                                    Service and food were fabulous. Really only wanted to take off 1/2 star for cocktails - 2 out of 4 weren’t well balanced, bar took a long time to push out drinks. Food was amazing and our server was the best. A wonderful Xmas Eve dinner!

                                                    Our dinner at Mirabelle was the best meal of our trip and overall best of any recent meals. My wife and I truly enjoyed everything from the superb service to the delicious entrees and amazing dessert. We had the Alaska Sablefish, Rack of Lamb, Tuna Sashimi, Citrus Salad, and a sweet ending of Baked Alaska. Of course, the smoked old fashioned and margarita were also perfect. Can't wait till we visit Beaver Creek again!

                                                    Mirabelle is one of the finest places to dine in Beaver Creek. Matt was a fantastic server and made our experience even better. The tasting menu is a must. We will definitely be back.

                                                    Food and service were fantastic, and our cute little table by the window was cozy. Our only complaint was how tiny the portions have become. My husband did the coursed meal and got one ravioli noodle and lobster the size of one shrimp for one course and I got an entree and told that I got winter vegetables as an “included side” - I got one asparagus broke in two, one piece of broccoli and one cauliflower piece. Not a lot of food for what you’re paying, but what you get is delicious

                                                    Truly one of our favorite places for decades! Beautiful, warm, classic setting. Service was impeccable. Butternut squash soup was richly divine with no butter or cream. Sole, elk and tuna were perfectly cooked accompanied by lovely vegetables. The only thing that disturbed the wonderful evening was a table for 10 that were extremely boisterous. Put them in the smaller dining area where they do not dominate the dining room of couples and small tables? Thank you for listening!

                                                    My husband and I had a very nice dinner at Mirabelle. We enjoyed everything we ordered. The squash salad and onion soup were good sized portions. I had the short ribs which were tender and delicious and my husband’s elk was cooked perfectly. The service was excellent. We will definitely return!
