We made reservations way in advance for Valentines Day after our first visit before a Stars game (and that one was fantastic). This time the food was all over the board - eggplant parm was burned (you could see and smell the burned parts), but the accompanying pasta was wonderful. Tiramasu was really good, not too heavy and very tasty. Wine is reasonably priced - we did a bottle of our favorite Luigi Righetti for only $55. Biggest problem - the service was atrocious - we were rushed from the moment we sat down. Appetizer (calamari) came then within 2 minutes our entrees were there. We were about 3/4 done with entrees when we were asked what we wanted for dessert. Still had some tiramasu on the plate when she dropped the check. We were in and out in under 40 minutes. That's ok for a weekday lunch but not for a Valentines Day dinner with a bottle of wine. The music was very loud and our server spoke in a whisper. When we asked her to speak up because the music was really loud, we got a look like we had asked her for her life savings. Very disappointed.

Gio was a real one. 5/5. The ambiance and table set up was super cute for Valentine’s Day! Food was pretty good! The music could have been a little lower, but overall great experience!

Our meal was outstanding as usual. We both enjoyed one of the pasta dishes both with a fresh ingredients cooked perfectly. The Calamari appetizer was a great way to start the meal. Only critique is the music level can get a little too loud to enjoy a table conversation.

Great food and great service right across the street from the AA center. Go to place before the game.

We waited 20 minutes for a martini and white wine. They charged $1.50 for 2 blue cheese olives which I did not get. No bread with the meal nor side dish options. My lobster ravioli was good but my husband’s salad with chicken very average. The credit card charge was not done at the table. They take your card to the back and they had mine over 15 minutes so if my identity is stolen it happened here. This place is close to American Airlines Center for pregame meals, but with horrible service and average food we will not be back.

First we showed up about 20 minutes after opening during a hockey game. We were from out of town and not sure it would be soo busy. We talked to hostess and she was very rude about telling us we could sit at bar. There were open tables at bar and 2 seats but not next to each other. Again no one helped to accommodate us in any way. We left and decided to make a reservation for 9pm knowing they closed at 10. We showed up at 9 for our reservation and they were closed and cleaning up. We were not notified or anything. We left hockey game that we spend good money on and then were unable to eat dinner. It was a terrible experience
