Richie was our waiter and he was wonderful, just back from college for winter break and eager to please! Attentive and very pleasant! Mims is lucky to have you back! Food was upscale bar bites, calamari was prepared well, Thai shrimp had just the right kick and very flavorful. My main was a Chinese chicken salad, no complaints dressing was light and flavorful. Other mains at the table were steak sandwich, chicken parm, chicken pot pie, sautéed chicken. Everyone was happy with their meals. Richie made me a decaf cappuccino after dinner and drew an adorable smiley face in my cup I know it’s not much but I loved his effort!

We had a great time. The food was excellent and the service was great. I told the waiter it was my friend’s birthday. So when we ordered dessert, he brought it out With a Flare sparkler which was wonderful!

food was mediocre.. waitress was nice but we had a 4 yr old & 6 yr old & their food came out 10 mins after all the adults only because i had to get up from table & say something..pork chop bland.. lamb chops ok.. drinks were good & they sent us over a dessert sampler!

ordered from the price fixe menu.. $40.95 for glass of wine, appetizer, entree and dessert. Had the caesar salad (excellent), salmon and brussell sprouts (also excellent) and raspberry sorbet. Bread basket with hummus was also good, just should have been put on the table sooner. Service was good. Beautiful fireplace, but not overly decorated for Christmas. just some poinsiettas. I recommend and would go back.

Great neighborhood spot. Always gracious warm friendly service. Very varied menu. A pleasure to eat there. Sarah was a wonderful wait person. And the man who brings the dishes is always a joy. Sorry but I don't recall his name . He is agem.

I usually enjoy this restaurant a lot but this evening was disappointing. The bar patrons were loud, the family in the booth next to ours allowed their children to disturb other diners, and all three of us thought the food was not as good as usual. Perhaps it was just an “off night,” but disappointing nonetheless.
