    We were there for 20 minutes before we got our drinks and after 45 minutes I complained to the manager and asked for our check because I was leaving and would not be eating and then our food came out. I still left and will not return there. I got the answer that they were short staffed and someone called in. There were 7 tables seated in the section I was in and none on the other side. 3 servers and a busser. People that got there after us were greeted, served and got their food before we did. Service has definitely declined .

    When we arrived, we were informed that a cook had just walked out, so there would be a significant wait. It was obvious they weren't interested in serving us, so we decided to walk across the parking lot to IHOP, where we had a wonderful experience. It's really disappointing to see how much Mimi's has declined. It used to be such a great place, but we won’t be returning.

    Arrived at our reservation time to find that we would need to wait 10 to 15 minutes. A half hour later we still had not been seated. After getting seated we were told our waitress would be right with us but it took nearly 10 minutes to be acknowledged. After placing our order it was another 30 minutes to get our soup and salad. Our entrées arrived as we were finishing our soup and salad. My wife's entrée was nice and hot, though the potatoes were a bit bland. I had ordered the braised boneless short ribs, which clearly came out of a refrigerator rather than a braising liquid. Under normal conditions I would have sent it bac, but the waitress never stopped to see how things were, plus I didn't want to wait another half hour or so to get it fixed. I will definitely never consider this place again.

    We came for breakfast, and the menu selection looks great, but unfortunately the food didn't come out looking or tasting that great. We had a large party, lots of different items were ordered, and honestly, I don't think anyone finished their food sadly. One of us ordered the chicken pot pie, the rest of the party had gotten their food and finished by the time that was served. The staff failed to mention that would take an hour to make and cook if ordered. I wanted to like this place as I remember going here several years back and liked it, but unfortunately it just wasn't very good. Staff was friendly, I could tell was potentially understaffed, but with the long serving time, and then the food not looking or tasting great, it fell flat for my group.

    Very slow to bring food out. Told one order was burnt so they had to redo it. One order had egg shells in it and was sent back. Very slow to bring check. Did not charge for the meal with eggshells, but felt more should have been done to compensate our group for the poor service and food. Will not be going back.
