   Went for a birthday lunch having eaten a few times at the 'sister' Mallow restaurants in Canary Wharf and Borough Market. Overall Mildreds was OK but not nearly as good as Mallow. Positives: the staff were good and the sweets were delicious. They also bought out some petit fours and sang happy birthday to the birthday girl, which was a nice touch. Negatives: the main courses arrived very quickly after ordering and clearly hadn't been cooked fresh. They were warm but not hot and were 'stodgy' - not worthy of sending back but not the delicious standard we'd experienced at Mallow. Additionally, the bathrooms were not that clean. So am mixed bag, not bad nut not great either. Shame.

   James and Ashante were fabulous they made the difference between a good food restaurant and a good food with attentive friendly service as bonus

   Profoundly disappointing. Inattentive service, (we waited 20 minutes after being seated and weren't offered so much as water for the table) and distinctly underwhelming food. At no point did anyone ask us if we were happy with our food, nor did anyone ask if we'd like another drink during the meal. We made the mistake of ordering off the Christmas menu, and were presented with tepid food, obviously pre-prepared and re-heated, comprising limp vegetables, small, stodgy Yorkshires, tough old pebbles masquerading as roast potatoes, and lukewarm gravy. The desserts were also disappointing; virtually inedible Tiramisu with way too much coffee and overfilled with an unpleasant tasting cream substitute, and a remarkably flavourless sticky toffee pudding. Unfortunately, the two complimentary glasses of flat, room-temperature prosecco did little to compensate. Several previous visits to Mildred's in Soho have demonstrated unequivocally that vegan cuisine can be delicious. We visited the Victoria branch expecting the same. Unfortunately franchising the operation appears to have seriously undermined standards.

   hosted my birthday dinner here. Staff were so lovely and accommodating!! Attention to detail, food was great, quite a variety and no specific cuisine on the menu so it was unusual but nice nonetheless 😊 it was a little loud inside but that is to be expected. The cocktails and Tiramisu were the highlight!! Lychee rose martini is amazing 😍 you cannot even tell everything is Vegan, that’s how good it is!

    I was very happy with the experience for my partner's birthday. She loves the food the ambience and service. She had a really great time and our server was very attentive and helpful. She helped us choose our dishes and was very personable, patient and friendly. We had a great time here and we would come again.
