   If you were hoping for the old Mi Lunas, you will be disappointed. If you want to go out for a good dinner then you’ll be happy. At the old Mi Lunas was so much fun, everyone would be up dancing, having the best mojitos in town & great food! This one just has good food.

   After making reservations, the size of our party fluctuated from 5 to 4 to 6, but the staff at Mi Luna was gracious when I called to make the changes. One of calls was made during their lunch rush the day of the reservation and they were still able to accommodate our party. We sat outside on the patio on a rare nice weather evening here in Houston. Our waiter patiently explained the large menu selections and capably handled serving a couple sharing tapas and an entree, even though they were not seated next to each other. Our drinks and food were served in a timely manner without being rushed.

   The food at Mi Luna is fantastic and the service is great as well. We were there on Tuesday evening and, thankfully, it was quiet which made for good conversation.

   We had a reservation for 5 people and were sat at a 4 top table with an extra chair squeezed in. It made it difficult to enjoy dinner with such a crowed table. Thankfully, the food was great.
