Mesa Grill Sedona is a southwest style grill serving breakfast, lunch and dinner daily as well as Brunch on the weekends. Our menu features numerous classics such as Eggs Benedict & Huevos Ranchers for breakfast, Carolina Pulled Pork Barbecue, Shrimp & Grits and Salmon Asada are some lunch-time favorites as well as Fish & Chips, St. Louis style Pork Ribs, hand-cut Steak & fresh Seafood for dinner. We feature vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free choices and offer a Doggie Menu for our furry friends which are welcome on our enclosed patio. We have a full bar and feature some amazing signature cocktails, local beers on tap and a fabulous selection of wines from around the world, all surrounded by the beautiful red rock of Sedona. There is an outdoor fire pit where you can enjoy the breathtaking views and a cocktail or do some amazing star gazing after dinner. Reservation Encouraged for all meal periods.

Very disappointed! Our server, Luis, was hardly attentive. The entire experience was simply transactional and hardly enjoyable as his interactions were very limited and delayed in picking up our card for payment. We love coming to Sedona and dining at Mesa used to be a highlight. The reservation system is also confusing. They state they are completely booked; however, there were many empty tables during our entire meal. We had a terrible experience last year as well (also related to service) but since we were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary, we thought it warranted another chance. Sorry, Mesa, we will have to venture elsewhere on our next visit.

Jose was very attentive & provided excellent service. Everyone but one in our party ordered fish which was done perfectly. One person ordered ribs that were dry & overcooked. The manager saw the situation & immediately comped her meal. Mesa Grill was a good choice for our Christmas Day brunch.

Food amazing! Jose Smiley was our server and went above and beyond! Super happy with the entire experience! My chilaquilles were very fresh! Breakfast combo was also a great pick! Drinks were great. Thanks Jose for making our day special!
