   Last night, my partner and I enjoyed a lovely meal. My cocktail was beautifully made. The food was delicious. I enjoyed the Pistachio encrusted lamb chops. The live music created a great ambiance.

   I ordered the quiche, which was very good. The salad had many yellow leaves. Disappointed that the serve staff never asked how are meals were. No opportunity to point out the yellow leaves…though i put them aside of my dish to to be seen

   Can’t rate the dining. But I booked on open table. They didn’t have my reservation and were surprised. Getting a table wasn’t the issue. I was the only one there. But I specifically travelled, in the snow, for Dine Out last weekend. They had their menu listed for lunch as well as dinner. I filtered by lunch and booked through. I came by transit all the way from UBC area. And had to turn around and leave. It was more the blase response, that oh they don’t start that until 5. Then why let me book! They said it was Happy hour to be fair but I wasn’t happy to stay.

   Enjoyed our evening. Chilly every time door opened due to weather. Had to complete our dining experience within 2+ hrs to accommodate later guests. Busy night perhaps. Service was good. Food portions so/so… small if you were just to order a la cart versus Dine Out Vancouver. Probably would not suffice a man’s appetite! Lovely to have a local restaurant with a chic French influence. Overall… despite above comments… do try it out!

    Cute French bistro with thoughtful art and decor. We came for the dine out menu and tried the steak with foie gras and the Pacific Cod. The foie gras went perfectly with the steak, and the juxtaposition of the cold foie gras with the hot steak worked so well. The Cod was lovely and buttery, but the tomato sauce was just a bit bland. The desserts and wines were amazing and loved our sever. Would come again for the great food and atmosphere.
