Food was amazing and the atmosphere was very fun. Look out when dining with a group because they brought a portable card reader already on the tipping option that did not indicate in any way that an autogratuity was included, causing us to double tip.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Mercadito’s ! The food, service and ambiance was great! Our waitress, Paula was very attentive and knew the menu well and proposed great food options for us 1st timers. Thank you Paula for your great service!!! We will definitely book at Mercadito’s when we visit Chicago again.

Mercadito is one of our go to restaurants when we're in town. Good margaritas and guacamole. Terrific chili relleno with seafood! One of our favorites.

Went for happy hour. Waiter was great. Appetizers, very good. Esquites, delicious. I liked the hot dogs alot. Good value. Hard to judge if it was great as we only ordered off happy hour menu pre theater.

We enjoyed a great "birthday" lunch at Mercadito! The food and drinks were absolutely delicious—so flavorful and thoughtfully prepared.
