    I had great experience there. The food was top tier and the waitress was excellent. I’ve been there a few times and every time I go back the food is good. I would recommend this place to friends. I give this place a 10/10. The drinks was so good too.

    Mercadito was exceptional; we had a front row seat to the food prep sitting at the bar. Not only did everything coming out of the kitchen looked great but our food selections were awesome. I plan to return in the same week for round 2.

    Love Mercadito, but it was so loud we couldn’t hear each other at all. Not sure what was going on, but it was a bummer as we had an out of town guest with us.

    Mercadito is a great place to bring out-of-town guests. Gourmet tacos, guacamole, and margaritas are truly delicious and unique to most folks who are not from Chicago. In addition to the delicious food and drink, the service was top notch.

    Stopped in before a show- service was excellent. Margaritas (esp the cucumber) were delicious! We both got tacos and were very pleased! Perfect portion before a night out!

    Our waitress was extremely pleasant and checked on us often not so much just to be annoying but just enough to let you know hey I’m here if you need anything which is always great. I had a tequila flight chicken tacos awesome. Even the chips and guac was awesome. The habanero salsa awesome if you’re sensing a theme yes, it was awesome

    My boyfriend and I traveled from Texas to Chicago for his birthday and Mercadito was right by our hotel so we decided to try it out for brunch. We both were so impressed with how delicious both the food and drinks were that we doubled back for dinner before we left the city. Definitely a must try! We cannot wait to go back to Chicago specifically for Mercatido! 😋
