   My girlfriend and I had high expectations for our dinner at Medusa, but unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. We had reserved a booth in advance due to her mobility issues, but upon arrival, we were left waiting for an hour before being seated. Once we finally sat down, it took another 45 minutes for our food to arrive. The restaurant was clearly understaffed, and it was evident that customer service was not a priority, as the manager made no effort to address the delays or ensure a better experience. When the food did arrive, it was underwhelming. The sea bass, which should have been a highlight, was completely bland. Every dish seemed uninspired and lacked depth, making the meal feel more like an afterthought than a well-prepared dining experience. Overall, the combination of long wait times, poor service, and forgettable food made this an unfortunate visit. We had hoped for a special evening, but Medusa fell far short of expectations.

   I recently visited Medussa, and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and outstanding hospitality. The lively atmosphere, filled with the sounds of Greek music and laughter, made it clear that this was going to be a fun evening. The service was impeccable, and the food was absolutely fantastic. Every dish we tried, from the appetizers to the mains to dessert, were delicious and expertly prepared. Medussa truly exceeded our expectations, and we can’t wait to return. Opa!

   Medusa is wonderful! The food and ambience were amazing! The portions were huge and added tons of value for the price! Jonathan was our server and he was very personable, even shook our hands! Loved him but the only downside was it took a little too long to serve us our entrees and take our dessert order, but I know he was doing his best.

    Overpriced for sub par food. Mixed confusion by the staff about gluten free items , which is concerning for those with such a food allergy. Maybe they will improve overall moving forward, as they just opened.
