   We decided to have a birthday dinner on Saturday March 29. We made a reservation for 5 at 8:30 PM. We did not get sat at a table until 9:30. We were given half answers and saw the table we ended up being sat at open for 20 minutes before they walked us over. When we finally sat and ordered, it began to rain. Not anyone’s fault, we can’t control the weather. However, the managers are capable of managing appropriately for an establishment of its caliber. Our waiter told us to follow him inside, then disappeared. We waited for 10/15 minutes, standing around in people’s way waiting for them to tell us what to do until I went to the manager and asked what was happening and they did not even know the waiter had told us this. There were no tables. We were sat at a couch table for 4 people, they made us squeeze 5. The food and drinks we had originally ordered with the first server was never put in, we didn’t end up getting our orders in until 10:30 PM. At this point we talked to the manager about the situation and he told us he was going to help us with the drinks and appetizers. We didn’t get our drinks until 11. We got our food, ate, and asked for the checks by 11:30. They didn’t take care of everything they said they would but at that point we just wanted to leave. It’s not the waiters faults, it’s not the hostesses faults, the management failed. Extremely disappointed.

   7:30 reservation for main dinning room. At 7:50 walked us to street table which is not what I reserved. They gave excuses as to why their job is hard. Said main dinning wouldn’t be available till 9pm. That is TERRIBLE!! Eventually sat us outside patio table next to service bar. The server was great but that was the worst dinning experience, plenty of great restaurants in Tampa that do not do this, I will not be back. Tip for restaurant is to not ask where you want to sit so that takes out expectations.

   Our server was excellent. The 36 ounce wagu tomahawk wasn’t cooked great. That was too bad because it’s such a great steak. They did take it back to cook it a smidge longer. Server was great about it. Broccolini was good and the vodka pasta was good. We also had the wagu dumplings. They were good. Dessert was crème brulee, chocolate cake, cinnamon roll and the Nutella cookie. Everything was good+. Potential to be great. The ambiance and servers made the experience great. My husband is rarely happy with servers and he really made his experience too. So I totally appreciated that. I would go back.

   Good was ok service was so bad!! Waited an hour for the check. Brought this to both the managers attention and they brought out the check and were very cold. We tipped very good and confused why this was really bad service

   The steaks are cooked just right, the sides are delicious (definitely try the truffle mac and cheese), and the drinks are solid. It can get pretty busy, so service might be a little slow at times, but the overall experience is worth it. Perfect for a date night or a night out with friends!

   Dirty bathrooms, no soap, trash cans overflowing with towels on the floor… Sunday 7:15 reservation Food was average at best

   Can I give six stars? The food is remarkable, service is impeccable, the ambiance is incredible. It was such a wonderful experience, I truly cannot recommend this place enough.

   The atmosphere was great and the food was even better. The steak was amazing well marbled the lobster mashed potatoes to die for.
