    I'll start with the positives - drinks, ambience were great. We sat outside and even though it was cold outside, the heaters provided were so nice and made it very comfortable to be out on the patio. The negatives - service was extremely slow, and the food was par. The risotto was the worst! It tasted like something pre boxed, the rice wasn't even arborio rice, it was crunchy, undercooked and poor taste. The scallop meal was decent, needed a bit more to the plate, the scallops were delicious but that was all that was served essentially. The appetizers were the best part, good portions for a table of four and delicious - the beet salad and the evening's specials. We didn't order dessert. Come on Maynards, you can do better.

    Absolutely had a fantastic time. The service was impeccable. The drinks are amazing splitting the tomahawk for two was the best deal. We’ve gotten staying here at Tucson. Highly recommend going to this place for a nightcap or a dinner date.

    Good beet salad. Main course chicken was dry, over cooked and served tepidly with cold fried parsnips. This place thinks highly of itself but doesn’t deliver on its promises.

    We were disappointed. The hostess was curt when we asked for an indoor table. No bloody Mary’s. Ordered beers and they didn’t come for 10 minutes. Food soso. Needed a chisel to cut foccacio. The bill arrived before we had finished eating. Obviously understaffed. And eager to push us out for the next people.
