   Aspectos positivos: • El lugar es hermoso, con un diseño de interiores impresionante. • La vista es espectacular. Aspectos negativos: • Estacionamiento: No había señalización ni seguridad en el parqueo. • Recepción y atención: • Al llegar, nos sentamos y pasaron 15 minutos antes de que alguien nos atendiera. • Nos informaron que debíamos ir a la recepción a confirmar la reserva, aunque finalmente la encargada resolvió sin que nos moviéramos. • Disponibilidad y calidad de bebidas: • Pedimos dos tragos, pero no estaban disponibles. • Cuando finalmente llegaron, no estaban buenos. • Calidad de la comida: • De los tres platos pedidos, solo uno era aceptable, y era de pollo. • Atención del personal: • El mesero asignado no conocía bien el menú ni qué estaba disponible o no. • Solicitamos ayuda a un mesero que pasaba, pero en lugar de atendernos, nos cuestionó sobre quién era nuestro mesero y lo hizo con mala actitud. • Errores en la factura: • La cuenta llegó con un plato equivocado.

   No gasten su dinero en este lugar, vayan si quieren disfrutar de la vista, y tomarse unos tragos( terribles y costosos) pedimos Aperol, nos llevaron mimosas🤦🏽‍♀️servicio, comida, atenciones, horribles, desde que llegas hasta que te vas. Mesas esperan 30-40 para ser atendidos, y los meseros caminando, vi muchas caras disgustadas, tienen que capacitar a sus empleados, la comida realmente no fui con expectativas, ya había visto el menú, muy limitado! No me interesó! Tuvimos que ir a otro lugar a comer!

   Food is mid, Amazing views, very poor service. Just go take some pictures and have some cocktails and don’t expect much so you’ll actually relax and try to have a good time.

   The place is just beautiful ❤️ I love it, the view is impressive. We took beautiful photos an enjoy the meal a lot. In general is a good place to have a nice and beautiful night.

   My wife and I really enjoyed our dinner at Maximum Rooftop Restaurante. The service was fantastic, the wine we ordered was great, and the food was prepared expertly with great presentation, and completely delicious. The dessert we ordered was one of the best I ever had. A fantastic dinner experience, with gorgeous views of Santiago and the monument, and it was very reasonably priced for such a high-end restaurant. After dinner, my wife and I sat at the roof top bar, and enjoyed after dinner Dominican rum and a great cigar! A great experience, and looking forward to our next trip to Santiago so we could enjoy it again

   Parece que quieres mejorar o corregir este comentario. Aquí tienes una versión más clara y estructurada: Fuimos cuatro personas con altas expectativas, pero mi experiencia fue terrible. El menú era muy limitado y no quedaba claro si la comida era dominicana, mediterránea o de otro tipo. Las bebidas eran pésimas, y tuve que pedirle al mesero que improvisara un aperitivo porque ni siquiera tenían algo tan simple como una tabla de quesos. Lo peor de todo es que me fui a comer a otro lugar porque quedé con hambre. Lo único que me gustó fue el ambiente. Lo recomiendo si quieres tomarte bonitas fotos únicamente.
