   Great beer, great food. We've been several times and it never disappoinrs! Reservation is key esp during high season.

   Just some thoughts on our recent dinner-time visit to Maui Brewing Co... Reservations are a must!! The front reception area is HOT 🔥 and crowded with people many of whom can be overheard grumbling about being in the brewery's mosh pit for over an hour. Not too sure what the bubbly staff at reception tells them to keep them there so long... You do get offered to wait in the outdoor beer garden, where there is little in the way of shade - and when we were there, only one bartender. So it takes a while to get a cold one. Definitely a slow way to sell your product... It is a busy place. Once seated, our table of six all got food menus. But no drink menus.... It took a while for our server to circle back to us. Then another long while for her to come back with *one* drink menu!! She sheepishly said something about them being in short supply... What?? That's was a fail for an establishment meant to be showcasing their brews... It almost seemed the restaurant was offering more than what is was actually staffed/equipted to offer, leaving patrons standing in pools. Little things, like the suggestion box out in plain view without forms to place in the box 😂, or the prominent sign at gift shop asking for 3% to use a credit card (??). Seemed a little penny-pinching for an established business.... It is also curious that this establishment does not see fit to reply to any of the concerns or compliments left here... Once past all of that, I have to say the actual delivery of the drinks was prompt. And the beer is quite good. We enjoyed the Pilsner, and the IPA is not to be missed. The food also was without complaints. The pizzas were tasty as was the macadamia nut crusted Ahi and who doesn't like a wedge of lettuce salad?? Always nice to see.  MBC is soooo close to being really great - they just need to equip & staff to match all of what they are offering

   Booked reservation through Open Table, it was a 15…20 minute drive from our hotel. Once we arrived we were quickly seated in the outdoor dining area. It didn’t seem busy but we sat there for 15 minutes while staff repeatedly walked by our table without being being given menus or water. I thought the wait staff might be busy so we simply waited. After 20 minutes we were brought waters but the person was not a waiter and told us that someone would be with us. We finally saw a waiter come out to tables that had been seated after us, including one that had just been seated, and he took their orders and then went back inside. At this point, 20…25 minutes with just water service, we decided to leave. It wasn’t a matter of being busy, simply incompetent wait staff. I would NOT recommend Maui Brewing Co.

   The food was good as well as the beer. Service was very slow tonight, and we had to ask for drink refills multiple times.

   Great atmosphere. Food (burgers & fries) very good. Service very good. Loved flight options & other non-beer beverage options. Really enjoyed the two young ladies performing last night. Glad this was on our “must do” visit to Maui.

   Your service (server) was outstanding!! We had a person in our party with a food allergy and the server was outstanding in her communication with the kitchen and us. Food was outstanding too. We also enjoyed the musician playing for everyone.

    Super cool vibe - love the outdoor dining venue and the fish tacos were great! Live music by Cameron was such a nice addition. He was fantastic btw! Would love to hear him again. Prices are very reasonable too.
