   The Caesar salad was drowning in too much dressing. The steak nachos were really dry. The truffle fries were dry with not much flavor.

   Too many unpleasant situations to write them all down. The MaiTais we’re good though. This restaurant is crossed off our “must go” list.

   staff- reasonably pleasant, food- average for the ka’anapali area, seemed abit rough around the edges- food and drinks were just dropped off at the table, no coasters for cocktails, discussion of your entrees, basically like “here you go”.

   We reserved outdoor seating and we were informed when we arrived that the outdoors wouldn’t open until 4 pm / our reservation was for 3:15 pm. I told the hostess something near the outside would be awesome. We were seated on the interior, even though there was plenty of seating close to outdoors! We ordered a cocktail and I asked for a glass of ice cubes. The drinks were delivered - but I didn’t get the ice cubes. We ordered food - the calamari was a little tough, French fries were good. Still no ice. I asked again and eventually the ice showed up. We were asked to cash out due to shift change and that another waiter would take over. We never saw another waiter and after a period of time, we left! Very disappointing!

   Visited the Kaanapali restaurant. Great location with great view. I had fish and chips which happened to be swordfish that night. Fish was very good, fries were nothing special. My wife had the fish tacos and enjoyed them very much.

   "Buddy" was an excellent server! We felt special on this special dinner! Atmosphere was perfect! Would definitely recommend!

    The service took awhile. We received food prior to receiving our drinks. Fish n chips were good. The pork sandwich had a lot of bread and not enough pork. The tacos were good overall. Would come back if I didn’t have anywhere else to go.
