   The general manager Ian and server Britney saved Christmas for us. The steak was cooked perfectly medium and the portion of the sides were huge. King crab legs are a must!

   Cyrus was an excellent server. He was knowledgeable and funny and made personalized recommendations that made our experience memorable. He even remembered my FIL’s bday and brought cheesecake for the table. It was a wonderful way to spend Christmas Eve and we truly appreciate that the entire staff went above and beyond with every detail.

   The food is flaveorful, but the pace is toooo slow. We were there for lunch and spent 3 hours, including 30-minutes wait for dessert. Onion soup cheese was somewhat burnt, so it tasted bitter. Half of Brussel sprouts were also burnt. Steak filet was very tender, Scollop was good too.

   First time visit for two in our group of four. The food was very good but we were seated directly next to the kitchen in/out door and it was very busy! Nonstop traffic and temp bussing tables staged next to us. There was a female singer who was good but very loud. Found the restaurant to be very loud and over animated. Had to raise our voices considerably to be heard within our party. The food and service were good, but did not feel this was a $400 experience. Probably will not return. The experiences at places like Blossom and Bourbon and LB Steak are more intimate and more fulfilling in my opinion.

   I always have great experiences at this location until last night ! I had a reservation at 9:45 pm i arrive and the door man ! Says to me the restaurant is closed i told him but i have reservation he said no we are closed ! Until he said ok ask the front i then i proceed to tell the girls in the front i have a reservation at 9:45 they say my name but with a complete different last name mind you half of my party was already sitting at our table ! She than said at 10:00 pm they stop serving drink and food and the restaurant was closed i told her many times it doesn’t make sense if half of my party was already sitting down and they were waiting for us !! Then she said i guess you can go up and check ! When i went up and meet my party at the table i ask the waitress about the situation he said they closed the restaurant at 10:00 pm but they never stop serving food or drinks at 10:00 pm he quickly apologized on behalf of his co-workers . they can’t be lying about reservation and changing people name ! Last reservation i saw on open table was at 10:00 pm I never expected to receive this type of service in such a prestige restaurant . I hope to have a better experience next time .

    We had an anniversary date night at Mastro’s and it was amazing. We had the tomahawk steak and the filet and it was tasty suuuper good. Our server was really nice and helpful with everything since it was our first time. We loved our experience and we hope to come back!
