   The seabass was woefully undercooked as was the bone-in ribeye. Both had to be taken back to kitchen for more cooking. It sort of derailed our experience.

   Steaks were way under cooked by the time our server got back around to us we were ready to go. I did tell him the steaks were very rare vs med rare like we ordered. My husband ate his as is but I asked for mine to go. For a $75 steak I expected more— but the real kicker was.. when I told the server about the steaks his response was “well you can take it home and when you cook it tomorrow it will be perfect.” I about spit my drink out when he said that. He did give us a free dessert to take with us but we Are gluten free (he was aware of this) and gave us a dessert we couldn’t eat. Over all beautiful restaurant but for the price it was kind of a bummer.

   Took my wife and daughters here for a date night prior to treating them to the Beyoncé Tribute Candlelight concert. Service , sides, and ambiance was excellent. Wife got a French 77, & I ordered a tequila old fashion. For our mains we ordered the 33oz Chefs Cut Ribeye, Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes, Broccolini, Maestros house Salad, Cream Corn, and French Fries. Dessert we had the Key Lime Pie and NY Style Cheesecake. Oh and we also ordered a bread basket which I thought was complimentary (like at most steak houses) but didn’t realized they charge for this as well. My only complaint was the steak (and paying for a bread basket if I’m Being honest). I ordered it medium and it came out medium rare. Edges of the steak were also treading on the line of too charred and burnt and it lacked a basic ingredient salt. The middle was almost too rare for my liking. It’s seems as if they dont allow the steaks to get to room temp first prior to them cooking them on the grill for even temperature distribution throughout. For a $98 I don’t think the steak worth it tbh. Definitely had better at other steakhouses. The sides and desserts were solid as the portions were huge and there was plenty enough to go around between all 4 of us. So much so that we had 2 to-go bags to take with us. I personally made better steaks at home but just wanted to treat the girls to something different. Total bill came to $380 ish after I left a 20% tip for the waiter and his team who did an excellent job serving us.

   Ambience, the bar, the lighting, best in town. Awesome food, steak, sides. Only issue, would be for early dining to have slow jazz, instrumental music, versus louder rock or country in the main dining area. Best steak house in town and I have been to all of them

   Juan was an outstanding server for our table. All of the servers around us were! Service was quick and attentive. Really took care of us and we had a great time with amazing food. Can't wait to come back!

   The ambiance was amazing. However for such a high price point we experienced delays in our party of six food coming out. The scallop appetizer was superb. I ordered the bone in ribeye rare. However the outside was singed a bit too much for my taste. Instead of tasting the wonder flavors of the meat I can only remember the over charred taste.

   Mastro’s provided an exceptional dining experience from start to finish. Our server, Juan, went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of, offering impeccable service with a warm and attentive approach. Aside from our meals being immaculate, the calamari was hands down the best we’ve ever had—perfectly crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and paired with the most delicious chili sauce. For dessert, the pound cake was an absolute standout, easily the best we’ve ever tasted—moist, rich, and perfectly complemented by fresh berries, whipped cream, and ice cream. The ambiance was elegant yet inviting, making it the perfect setting for a special night out. Every dish was cooked to perfection, and Juan’s outstanding service made the evening even more memorable. We can’t wait to return for another unforgettable meal!
