    The valet lied ; said you did validate parking…. You apparently don’t. Was told there was no more tartar sauce… make more, it’s not that hard. Martini spilt by waitress , she said she would replace it, instead she bought back the glass full of dry ice and said she saved it. I don’t really think it would have killed anyone to make a new one. For close to $350 these issues should not have been issues.

    Good experience overall. We were seated at a back corner table leaving us forgotten by the waiters, each visit being 30 minutes apart. The noise level was extremely high around us, forcing us to scream to practically hear one another from across the table.

    There is live music on Friday and Saturday night. But if you sit at the bar it’s really loud. Going to Mastros during the holidays is not the best time to go for a relaxing experience as there are always company parties, celebrations, and big groups who can be pretty loud. Also lots of families and kids from out of town for the holidays so the environment is more chaotic than usual. Food was okay but quality has definitely gone down, there are better options for steak now in the OC. Our server Ashley was great.

    We arrived at 430PM as we had a show that started at 7PM. We told the server this as soon as he came by. We were served our meal at 630PM, it took an hour just to get our first round of drinks. Steak was good, broccolini and scalloped potatoes were not. Caviar service was ok, not worth the price, caviar was bland, sides were ok. Bar service was ridiculously slow. Ran out of water multiple times, servers didn't check in often. Bill for four people around $800, not worth the price or worth missing the beginning of our show.

    This was my first dinner at this location. It’s your quintessential steak house offering everything you’d want. Our service was excellent and food was very good.
