I’ve been to hundreds of steakhouses throughout the world, and this one is not worth it in the least… We dined here yesterday with another couple, and it was extremely disappointing. Food: Our table ordered a Fillet (MR), a Ribeye (M), a Salmon, and a Chicken Parm. The Filet was cooked to R instead of M, the salmon was still raw in the middle, and the chicken was extremely overcooked. The appetizers and sides were good, but not impressive. Service: OK, but definitely NOT up to par with a prime steakhouse. Ambiance: The interior was actually quite nice, but they had 30 TVs all throughout the restaurant playing the movie “Full Metal Jacket”. Not ideal or appropriate for a steakhouse. Value: Unfortunately this is the most disappointing part… the Petite Fillet was $74, the Salmon was $48, etc. I can name a dozen steakhouses in Pittsburgh (Hyde Park, Capital Grille…) that would absolutely wow your tastebuds at 70% of the price.

Our waitress was great. We all got the pasta and it was not cooked enough. The manager came over and wasn’t so nice about it said that’s how they cook their pasta. Would not go back

Always love this place. Only change would be if you didn’t have to order everything apps and meals at the same time.

We found the restaurant to be pretentious, but not in a good way. Despite the more elegant atmosphere and the nice table setting, it was a disappointment. As vegetarians, we should have checked the menu closer before reserving but, as seafood eaters, we never have a problem ordering a good meal. Here, we had a difficult time putting something together as the waiter had to go beg the chef for every request such as "leave off the meatballs." They didn't want to work with us on anything. My husband had Lobster and Shrimp Fra Diavolo. He liked it and I had a taste of the tiny piece of lobster tail, and it was good. After struggling a bit and getting embarrassed, I stayed on the macaroni (pasta) section of the menu and ended up with the Bucatini Carbonara and it was awful. The waiter had asked if egg was ok and I took it to be a question about my vegetarian status and answered "yes." When this pile of pasta was served with an ugly raw egg sitting on the top, I was turned off. Anyone ever hear of bird flu? I tried to scoop it off and put the mess on my bread plate. The waiter suggested that I mix the rest in and "it would cook." I tried to eat a little of what I thought was the "safe" part of the dish. The sauce (alfredo type) was dry and thick, not at all creamy or tasty. I left it all uneaten and the egg mess on my bread plate stayed on the table the whole time. I paid $35 for a dish that was not as good as a frozen dinner and much worse that Olive Garden. When the waiter noticed I had not eaten, I told him it wasn't good, and the raw egg had freaked me out. His response was something about my choice not being particularly "high end" as if I hadn't spent enough. He had a condescending attitude. We ordered salads as they were not included and those were not special in any way. The dressing was mostly vinegar and drenched the vegetables. The bread was just bread. We couldn't wait to get out of there.

Overall the meal was a special for the occasion was not worth it, the steak was tough and well done on the ends, lobster cooked just right, our waiter was nice but was not attentive, taking care of many tables. This was not our first time dining here but the bar was low, hopefully next time a more pleasant experience???

Lettuce in salad was brown. Chicken in chicken parm was dry and rubbery. Would never eat here again

Well first of we got salad it was good. Then steak n lobster came that we had to share. The steak was to me medium it was raw. The mashed potatoes were more like soup. Absolutely ridiculous. After our small rations we ate appetizers at a different restaurant. Absolutely will not go again for that $ 175 price tag.
