Food was well-plated. Suggestions from the serving staff were onpoint. The aguachile was fantastic while the “deconstructed” tamal was interesting yet tasty. I was disappointed with the chile relleno. It wasn’t to the caliber and/or on par with the ingredient profile/preparation of other two dishes. I tried the tamarindo mezcalito as well as the jamaica base one. By far, the tamarindo was delicious with its tangy and smokey flavors. I’d like to return to try the other dishes.

Chef Ezequiel and his team have created something truly extraordinary. The 6-course menu they crafted was a celebration of local, fresh ingredients—many of which the Chef grows in his own home! Every dish was a work of art, perfectly balanced in flavor, presentation, and creativity. You could feel the passion and dedication in every bite, and the service was impeccable—attentive, warm, and professional. Though they don’t have a Michelin star (yet!), they absolutely deserve one. This is not just a meal; it’s an unforgettable journey through the flavors of Mexico, guided by a team of true culinary artists. If you’re ever in Mérida, do not miss this gem. Chef Ezequiel and his team have created something truly special. A perfect 10/10 dining experience!

La comida estuvo muy rica, sorpréndete que sea algo común pero con ese toque del chef que lo hace diferente. Ordenamos la picaña en mole rosa y el pork belly, ambos estuvieron mucho mejor de lo que esperábamos
