Veuillez noter que les tables pour les groupes de 1 à 4 convives seront disponibles pendant 2 heures, après quoi nous vous demanderons de libérer la table. Restaurant esthétiquement très sympa, bonne ambiance! Par contre saumon pas cuit, malgré une relance! Service impeccable malgré tout. Cocktail avec peu d’alcool!

Good ambience, festive restaurant. Their costly lobster pasta disappoints with only one bite of lobster tail in it. Will pass in the future.

Fabulous experience. Portobello mushroom with Koji sauce is a must. The four of us ordered it several times and used the focaccia bread to deep into the sauce. The kitchen was able to accommodate with special requests and Sommelier made great suggestions with wine selection. David, one of the bartenders, makes incredible Mapletinis. We always enjoy dinning at Markus.

Vraiment déçue du réveillon de Noël au resto de l’hôtel Quatre saisons. Comme spécifié lors de la réservation, l’hôtesse nous dirigeait vers une banquette en rond mais la musique super forte donnait l’impression d’être proche des speakers. Le serveur nous apprenait que le menu à la carte était restreint. Il n’y avait même pas de légumes d’accompagnement, seule une entrée de salade de tomate et burrata à 28$, la minuscule sole de douve à 120$/pour deux était servie seule dans une assiette à dessert; la purée de pommes de terre à 14$ était élastique et sans saveur; enfin, le dessert à 25$ était dispendieux mais délicieux. La portion et la présentation des plats laissaient à désirer par rapport au 24 décembre 2019, où j’avais grandement appréciée le chic décor, le menu élaboré et la présentation des plats.

The service and ambiance were very nice but the food was not. Rib steak was quite fatty and the 3 ounce lamb chops were served on small plates, almost dessert size. We ordered fries and they came at different times, not with the meat. Nothing else on the plate! Price was as expected but the value was just not there

Good vibe but also loud enough it was difficult to hear dinner table conversation at times. The food was very good but my appetizer was larger than my main. I don’t mind paying high prices but I left hungry even with dessert.

Daphne was an incredible server. So attentive and helpful in guiding us through our selections. We enjoyed the tuna tartare, octopus, tomato salad, portobello mushroom and eggplant dishes - all delicious! We’ll be back!
