   Such a fun experience! It took a minute to find because it's actually not beach level but one floor up at the Playa Los Arcos hotel. But the view is amazing and the pool area was such fun. Jonathon, our waiter, was fantastic! And the food was fabulous, and the cocktails were inventive. Highly recommend!!

   It’s a beautiful view and a very cool experience. The food is extremely overpriced and the portions are small. The prices are what we’d pay at an upscale restaurant in California. We went for my wife’s birthday and they brought out ice cream for her without me ordering it and then they charged me for it. They could split the bill up between couples, there were 3 of us. They had to run one credit card at the table and made us tell them how much of a tip we wanted to leave and then they entered the amount. The waiter gave himself a 1000 peso tip ($50 American) on a 5000 peso tab ($250 American). Had everything been amazing, then we might have left that 20% tip ourselves but it wasn’t and we didn’t instruct him to leave that much. And yes, we had a Spanish speaker in our group so there was no miscommunication. The bill may sound cheap for 6 people but we all had waters and 2 people shared a meal. Great view, glad we went but we won’t be back.

   Great experience at this restaurant they checked in with us prior to see if there were any special accommodations needed. I let them know about a good allergy and they were aware of it at my arrival. We were escorted to our table on time and had a great view. The staff were attentive and the food was absolutely delicious. We tried the surf & turf and the mummy shrimp along with 4 different sides. Instead of appetizers we did some of their cute cocktails in the fish glass and coconut. Great place and a must visit if you are ever in PV.

   Amazing service, food was immaculate and the view was simply out of this world. Had the grilled octopus as an entree and it was so tender and juicy - mouthwatering. Flavours out of this world with every dish.

   I celebrated my birthday here. As soon as I saw it on Google, I had to make a reservation. I was greeted outside as I had some issues navigating and finding it. Everyone and every was lovely. Superb service. And the views are breathtaking. I would like to experience this at night.

   Horrible experiencia!! No vuelvo y mucho menos los recomiendo, estuvimos en medio de dos mesas extranjeras y el trato a nosotros fue el peor que me han dado, fue una diferencia horrible, les acomodaban las sombrillas sin que se los pidieran y a nosotros que nos daba todo el sol les tuvimos que pedir a los meseros que nos apoyaran, las contestaciones eran horribles, iban súper seguido a las mesas de un lado (con los extranjeros) a preguntar si todo bien y a nosotros si a caso una vez fueron, preferí que nos retiráramos del mal servicio por parte de los meseros solicitamos la cuenta y obviamente solo quise dar el 10% de propina y si por mi fuera no hubiera dado nada y cuando le dije que el diez fue aún peor el trato, no pensé que se pudiera poner peor pero efectivamente si.

    wonderful experience! I wish I can remember the name of our server because he was so great and attentive! It was a dinner for my birthday and he made sure to make it extra special. very grateful for the staff and the experience!
