   The 50% off (food) deal as advertised on the flyer/poster/website did not state that terms and conditions applied. Instead it listed the terms and conditions, which excluded bank holiday but not Mother’s Day. When we came to pay we were told that the offer did not extend to mother’s day. This was a contradiction of the terms and conditions on the poster. This is false advertising, please ensure that like your other posters, that it states that terms and conditions apply.

Unfortunately, this offer is not available on certain key dates, and we do our best to make this information clear through our marketing materials and on both our website and OpenTable. When booking online, we also highlight these restricted dates, and guests are asked to confirm their understanding of the terms. For this particular experience, availability was also restricted, which is why it wasn't possible to book the offer for Mother's Day. We certainly don’t want there to be any misunderstandings and appreciate your feedback. We’ll look into ways to make this clearer for our guests moving forward.    Great experience all round. Staff were very polite and helpful, and there was plenty of food and drink served. Would definatley recommend.

   The staff we interacted with were not very good at their jobs. Food was very salty, over priced and not that great. Salt and pepper squid was hard. I was very excited to go and very disappointed. Won’t be going again

   Disappointed with the food, everything else was good, great service. Even the new person on his first shift was good and attentive. Just disappointing with bland flavourless food. A shame as social media bigger it up a lot which is what inspired us to book a table and go. Just a bit of a disappointing visit

   Chose to eat here because there are gluten free options. All the food we ordered was fantastic. Staff lovely. First visit but look forward to returning.

   We were really disappointed with today's service. This is the first time we had been to mans market for a bottomless brunch and we didn't get our first drink until we had been there for 30 minutes, we asked questions about the food and drinks and the person waiting on us could not answer and told the vegetarian with us that one of the dishes was suitable for her when it wasn't. It was far too loud and we couldnt speak to the person next to us. I expect to leave a £40 bottomless bruch quite merry but I barely received any drinks during the time there. Not somewhere we will be returning to unfortunately after hearing such good reviews.

When seated, we will ensure we always make sure there is fizz and beers available for the table. Additional drinks can be ordered by pegging up your "I'M THIRSTY" card. After reviewing the CCTV, I was unable to confirm the 30-minute wait for the first round of drinks, but I do sincerely apologise if this was your experience. It's never our intention to make you feel that the service didn’t meet the high standards we've worked hard to achieve.     Starters were lovely, mains- the rice to chicken ratio was completely off, we only had 3/4 pieces of chicken. The staff were kind of rude, like they didn’t want to be there. Very time we had the drinks card up they were very short and snappy, lots of eye rolling

    Jade, We take pride in offering a diverse selection of food options for our Bottomless Brunch, and we’re often praised for the quality and variety compared to other brunch offerings. Each guest receives prawn crackers and a dim sum platter to share, along with a choice of a main dish and salt & pepper chips. While the Brunch box is not a full-sized portion, we believe it provides excellent value as part of our overall food offering. I’m disappointed to hear your thoughts regarding our staff's behaviour.
