Bad experience with renting the preferred lounge seats to watch the football games at approx $350. One large screen-One sound played-Beings in New Orleans was told the LSU vs OU game would be on. It wasnt-A different game was on and the only other couple there had called in and requested that game long after our reservations had been in. To his credit the manager did everything he could to try to help but since we reserved through Open Table there was no refunds. The menu is pub grub and impossible to eat $350 worth of tender wings and dip

Don’t reserve recliner seats it’s a total scam!!! Paid $338 to have dedicated recliner seats to watch 2 big screen TVs so that we could watch the Saturday night football match up against #1-Texas vs #5-Georgia. After being seated at 5pm and waiting for the Texas game to be switched on they put the game on the #8-LSU vs Arkansas game. When I asked the manager about it he stated that it was the bigger game of the night and there was no guarantee that I would have been able to watch the Texas game and that I should have said something about that when I got in. I let him know that I did a state that to our server from the beginning bc I wasn’t going to pay that dollar amount to watch a different game. He then offered to split the screen which never happened and after 20 minutes of waiting for that to happen we decided to leave. We saw him as we were leaving him and asked again what happened to the split screen and he stated he wasn’t able to do that bc the TVs were old & they didn’t have that capability. So why offer that to begin with if you cannot accommodate or won’t. If you are charging such a high dollar amount for someone to reserve a spot to watch a game from your special recliners you should at least have a disclaimer as to what game you can expect to see. Manager was not helpful and somewhat rude stating that maybe he would have been more open to accommodating me if I would have been nicer to him. I was never rude just asked if he could put the Texas game on. Then even got the run around when I asked for the general manager information and was told they didn’t have any business cards to give me. Total waste of time and money. Recommend whoever is in charge of this establishment get this young manager some management training.

Service was lacking... majorly. Couldn't get silverware and napkins. Asked 3 servers, not mine bc mine was nowhere to be found for 32mins. Finally a bus boy that heard me asking brought it to me. Our food had been at the table for 12mins before we had silverware to eat it. Food was fine, nothing to write home about. Ambiance was typical of any sports bar, with a bit of swanky added with the big screen and stadium theater seats section to watch sports. Would be a really great place of the service was better. I mean, seriously, we are decent at tips, 20% is always the minimum, this service we left 10% and that was generous for the service we received.

Unfortunately, the wait staff, specifically the two young ladies behind the bar, were un-attentive. The manager was not accommodating when we asked for a specific game to be displayed on the big screen considering there were no more than 20 people in the building and it was late. She was quite snippy. The food was average at best. My first beer wasn't even cold..

Service was excellent. I had the seafood platter and was pleased. Everything was cooked well and tasted good. I did not care for the fries but maybe that was just me. It was quiet when I was there but imagine it can get loud during sporting events. I would recommend Manning’s to anyone.

The service was slow, very inattentive and incompetent. The food was tough, overcooked and cold. We should have gone elsewhere. I regret my $52 food bill as a waste of my money.

The food was very good and the portions were generous. But the staff had definite attitude. The service was slow and even disrespectful from the waitress. The waitress acted like we were an inconvenience for her. When I asked the bartender about parking validation they seemed annoyed. The restaurant was not busy so it was not a matter of them being very busy. In fact it was a slow night. Management needs to have a talk with the staff.
