Mancy�s Tokyo is an upscale Italian restaurant, bar and lounge. There are several different dining areas here, each with their own personality. First, there is Mancy�s Tokyo's main dining area with lots of chairs, booths and tables in an attractive setting. Then there are the private lounges, which feature wraparound couches and are perfect for karaoke or just having a few drinks wth friends. Appetizers at Mancy�s Tokyo include salmon and avocado tartare, Wagyu seared carpaccio, mozzarella and tomato caprese and bacon-wrapped oysters. Mancy�s Tokyo also has a very large menu of both red and white Italian wines.

友人がカレーライスをシャツに飛ばしてしまったところすぐに染み抜きを貸して下さいました。ありがとうございました。次回はイベントでも利用出来ればと思います。

場所を考えるとコスパが高く、また、使いたいと思います。一方で、店員の対応が悪く、席にナイフやスプーンがない、子供が一緒なのに子供用の食器を持ってこないなど、正直、気が効かないですね。

１１時半に４人で予約しておりました。にも関わらず、お店を開けたのは１１時半過ぎ。たかが、２〜３分となめてます。こちらは仕事先との打ち合わせで、中で待ち合わせしているのです。４人で予約しているのですから、客は待ち合わせなのだと予測し少しだけでも早く開けるか、ぴったりに開けるのが、サービス業の常識でしょう。５分前に到着し、「まだ開いていないのですか？」と電話した時の対応も最悪。「１１時半オープンですから、それまでお待ちください」といって電話をガチャ切り。１１時半になっても、お店は真っ暗で、開ける気配もないので、もういちど電話すると「もう少々お待ちください」といってまた、ガチャ切り！こっちはまだ話しているのに。開けた時には、謝りもしない。遅刻しているのに！こちらは、取引先を待たせてしまいました！出て来た珈琲は、マシーンの電源を入れたばかりのせいかぬるくてまずい。恥をかかされました。最悪な店。二度と行きません。

イタリアンを銘打ってる割にはメニューか少なすぎる❗場所柄平日のお昼はお客でいっぱいでないとおかしいのに客が入らないのはメニューが少なすぎるからに他ならない。シェフもせっかく良い腕しているのにもったいないはずだ。客が少なければ店の売り上げも当然少なくなる。スタッフの待遇も悪くなる。悪循環になるだけだ。厨房スタッフの頑張り次第だね。
