   The restaurant itself is very cool inside. Decor is nice, and has an almost Americanized Asian vibe. For food, we had prawn and chicken wontons & duck spring rolls to start. Both were tasty. For mains, we had claypot chicken and Mongolian fillet beef. Again, both mains were tasty but overall the food was not spectacular. It just felt like fairly standard Chinese fare, but at an inflated price. I also think the food menus need to be more descriptive about what is actually being served in your dish. As for drinks, I think the place misses a trick by the distinct lack of authentic Asian beers available. Personally, having an Asian style beer is part of the experience of eating Asian food Only Tiger is available on draught. The service was poor. I felt it was purely functional, in that the waitress just brought things to and from the table. There was nothing personable about the service. We were also not offered a drink when we were seated and looking through the menu. I had to ask if we could order drinks when she was taking our food order. Lastly, I had a voucher to pay for part of the bill which could not be done at the table, it could only be done at the entrance to the restaurant. So we had to go there and queue to pay before we could leave. Overall, i have to say that there is lots of Style, but less substance to Mama Yo. I probably won't be recommending Mama Yo to a friend or be returning for another visit unfortunately.

   We were sitting near the tree, the table was in a perfect spot, the spring rolls and the beef black pepper are amazing.

   Overall it was a great experience - good, venue and service. The only thing to note was there was lots of small flys around our table.

   The atmosphere and ambience is amazing and the service is great but food wise they need to improve and up their game as some of their dishes lack flavour like the Singapore noodles are dry and lack taste. It’s not crazy expensive but given the have such amazing decor and setting - the food is letting them down. The dumplings I had as a starter were rubbery and for a Chinese that should be completely on point and faultless. A nice experience nonetheless!

   Perfect for a date with comfortable seating and hooks for hanging your coat! Food was quick, warm and tasty. Although it was busy, the noise wasn't too loud which for me was great.

   Unfortunately food was really bad. We ordered 4 starters, 2 mains, cocktail and wine. We actually liked only 1 main course which was the Kung Po chicken. Dumplings were undercooked. Spicy soup with a tofu was disgusting. Beef and black bean was also disgusting. Like a take away. Cocktail was full of ice and very average for 14 euro. All food is highly overpriced. Also service was very poor. Requests were ignored couple of times. We definitely won’t be returning.

   Relaxed atmosphere and really nice, attentive staff. Noise levels were low which was great with a big table. Would definitely go again!

    The restaurant is absolutely stunning. Service was fantastic. The food is ok. Nothing amazing. Very expensive for the portion size and quality.
