Chef Gabriel Pascuzzi's flag ship restaurant featuring a one of a kind wood fire grill. Guests watch as the cooks tame the fires and cook everything over live coals; imparting amazing flavor experiences. Perfect for parties of all sizes, family friendly, and great for dinners with dietary restrictions! Originally opened as a chicken and vegetable counter service model pre pandemic, Chef pivoted to a more formal sit down experience to truly capture the amazing flavors coming from the grill and matching the ambiance.     Chicken is wonderful! We do not eat sweet potatoes and these were the best form of potatoes we have ever had! Don't be scared order them!!! Must try spot in Slabtown....

    Absolutely wonderful experience! The Manager, Moe (Mo?), was FANTASTIC. Made us feel so welcomed and cared for. The food was OUTSTANDING!?!!! Our server, I'm embarrassed to say I forgot their name, was also SUPER helpful with recommendations. For example, I dislike sweet potatoes. Their sweet potato side dish was actually something to write home about, and a novel at that. It was absolutely superb. Everything was 10/10.

    The food was amazing. Know the cook is done over the fire just added in the flavor to everything. The wait staff was friendly and made sure we were taken care of. The recommendation for the Apple Tart was so good. We will definitely be back.
